Oh what joy paying for the pleasure and expense of having a EE 5 g mobile phone then look at the signal on the screen and it says 3G eeer something thing is wrong here @EE

Is there a 5G connection issue in the Kew area west of London. Had a full signal there. For two weeks straight A week or so ago it dropped to 4 and 3G and your service status says no problems in that area. I also reported it Well there must be. @EE Barnaby
