  Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

  @EE Hi. Our ee internet and ee phones are rubbish. Service is dropping in and out. Terrible. Our postcode is HD8 9UN. We know you are aware of the problem but you’ve only contacted us today when it’s been going on for quite a few days. How long to fix? It’s impacting our work.
