@EE shocking service! Ordered an Apple Watch S6. No information from courier regarding delivery so call ee, they say that it is going to be delivered but it will be an SE not a series 6! Even though I signed a document which has S6 on it!! Why can’t you get things right!!!!

@EE @rootmetrics It means you are more focussed on headline grabbbing 5G than providing good stable connections to the whole the country. We have a degraded service (your words) due to a tower fault for 4 months now.... Do the basics right first before putting cherries on top in the cities.

@EE my 4G is gone. It reverts to 3G when not on wifi. I've done the troubleshooting (resetting, checking SIM, etc). They've just updated my network settings but still no luck. I'm not sure what to do. Can anyone help?

Email from @EE I could spend twice as much for a service I never run out of, and get free services I'd never use. After being stung by #hotelcalifornia @ThreeUK which bit of "no" wouldn't they understand?
