@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

@EE Rubbish. Nobody expected it to be a double digit % increase. You don't have to rip off your customers, but you're choosing to. It's all a joke anyway. Threaten to leave and you get a loyalty discount or cheaper deal anyway. Just fix the contract price for the term.

@CaraLisette @EE Speak of the devil, I got the yearly increase from my HA. +£130 from April. Rent is capped at 7% by the government but they seem to have clawed the rest in "service charge". Of course, we have no service.

@virginmedia @EE Sorry I mean same timeframe (start date of issue) but all done and dusted within a week. @virginmedia 8 days and no contact with your people. Impossible to reach them from my end. Either horrifically understaffed or just incompetent.
