I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

@greensyncro @EE There is an issue in Retford that has been ongoing for months. The service is regularly down for improvements but we never see those improvements. When people reach out, we are told you'll look into the account. The issue is affecting Retford. What's going on?

@ee what's the issue with trade in? Apparently the service is down. This a long term thing as the last 2 phone calls have been ~ 1 hour long each and I STILL can't upgrade. Was told by staff to "Just sell it privately" as I would get a better deal 🙄 might be right at this point

@EE Having had poor broadband service for a while now I’ve decided to take my service elsewhere, only to be charged £145.60 to leave or instead pay £55 to upgrade to fibre broadband what a joke!!! I will not be paying this anymore. Such disappointing service…

@EE Getting no signal message again. Status report says engineers on site and expect good service in 11 hours. Been really good service up until the last few weeks and now it's just down most of the time at work.

@O2 network is ridiculous. I switched from @EE for no reason. Having 2 sims In my phone proves #EE has coverage whereva I go. #o2 struggles even when I'm at home. Can't wait for my contract to end!
