@EE is there any reason you are rewarding my customer loyalty by ripping me off for my broadband renewal. 25% reduction in speed and a 15% price increase. I think you can guess what the outcome of such a ridiculous offer will result in!

@EE @jamiewake Or perhaps @EE you should check the areas you are present in and makes sure that customers aren't impacted by poor service. Something you're Business Continuity Plans should check.
