@BTGroup new customer, no broadband, no response to fault text, call dropped when waiting in the queue and not the service that I discussed when switching from @EE - not exactly stellar. Seriously considering my options here.

@Daniely79 Got one from @EE as a pay monthly customer, was a little apprehensive about it arriving, but it can within 2 days of ordering. Might have to give it a quick test just to make sure it works

@EE just spent 15 minutes waiting to get through to someone, then the line dropped 🙄 I need to change my direct debit sate - MyEE days I've already done it but there's nowhere to check and my bills are still due on the same day. Can you help?
