    @EE Hello. Received an email asking me to phone EE about an order. Spoke to a chap there who couldn’t help as “all the managers had gone home”. He then hung up on me. I’m less than delighted, can you help?

    @EE Broadband has failed. Rang the number that my phone told me to use only to find that there's no help available today. Pretty poor service, don't you think?
