@EE is the worst network ever!!!! I have been a customer for 6years plus. How can I have a faulty device from September I’ve contacted EE to change the device they sent me to @Apple who refused to change the device despite it being brand new, still within warranty & no damage

  • sally_Abbott26 Sally Harris (@sally_Abbott26) reported

@paranerdnicky @EE I’m having the same issue with EE in Birmingham

  • seanmartin_lib Sean Martin (@seanmartin_lib) reported

@daip5 @O2 me, the wife and the kids are all having the same issue all 4 of us, they are sending us new sim cards, if that doesnt work we will be gone too, no problem when it was with @EE

  • daip5 David Paul (@daip5) reported

@seanmartin_lib @O2 @EE Mast problems with us second time with in a month, last time signal was down for 3 to 4 days, then intermittent same again. Their dragging their feet on spares out until at least next week

  • shanthoy93 K 🇯🇲 (@shanthoy93) reported

Then “the manager couldn’t help only send it to the ombudsman as a goodwill gesture £30 can be taken from my bill” @EE are you guys serious? You record all your calls listen back to them & see your advisors are at fault & sort out my device

  • mikeegee18 Michael Groke (@mikeegee18) reported

@EE Spent literally the whole of yesterday daytime on either help chat or messenger on here and they said they would be contacting me within 24 hours ! Regards my account ( 4 lines) that they’ve mis sold me. Well they’ve not got back in touch with me so another day wasted !!

  • PTurrell89 Philip Turrell (@PTurrell89) reported

@EE absolutely shocking customer service. No network in the area due to a mast issue. Not the customers fault. This means no use of phone when at home yet my GF doesn’t get a refund cause she is still able to use the phone else where. Absolute joke of a company.

  • grahamgconnor graham connor (@grahamgconnor) reported from Oldham, England

@EE hi are you having problems in the OL2 area , calls cut out after a minute

  • edchootenor Edmond Choo (@edchootenor) reported

@EE Instead you’ve left me to spend more money for an additional £15 PAYG service and still have to pay an unused Month to Month contract. The very least EE could have done was refund me Month to Month contract.

  • beejow Jo Purkess Beckett 💛 (@beejow) reported

@DeputyGrocott @EE I did! I renewed my contract last week, when the £50 upfront cost was mentioned, I just said, 'Oh, I've never had to pay an upfront charge before!'and they promptly took it off!
