@EE yet again 7 in the evening and no internet. Can I have some money back because your broadband is 💩? Every day a drop out and performance akin to dial up. You put the price up every year yet the service never improves. Stay away from EE folks.

@EE sent a complaint yesterday to cancel my broadband contract, no response. I am still within the 14 days cooling off period and I wish to cancel as the line is basically not working. Can you please confirm the cancellation and how to return the router? 🙏🏻

@EE why is it when I try calling your returns number they never answer I have been ringing since March and CANNOT get through, I call 150 and I get fobbed off so now I'm stuck with a phone I don't want/use your customer service is horrendous!
