EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • iD_Mobile_UK iD Mobile (@iD_Mobile_UK) reported

@VillanAston @EE There's been no issues with the network in the postcodes that you've provided until 20/07. It could be that the handset is suffering from a weak or degraded receiver. This is separate from the Wi-Fi chip, so there'd be no correlation between the two. - Rory

  • King_evil_kaido blank (@King_evil_kaido) reported

@EE any reason why my 4g and reception has gone down hill in the last few weeks?

  • tbryant101 Teresa (@tbryant101) reported

@ee is there a problem with broadband in CR0? Keeps crashing for the past hour!!

  • 1886_Blues Spezial Blue 1886 (@1886_Blues) reported

@EE @rootmetrics 👏👏👏👏But maybe you could sort out the issues with your phone network today. I am working in Bournemouth and can't phone my wife in Belfast nor can she phone me. Same with my Daughter and son.

  • iD_Mobile_UK iD Mobile (@iD_Mobile_UK) reported

@VillanAston @EE Our Network Team have investigated your case and found no issues with our network in the postcodes you've provided. If you're still having issues after a network reset and a new SIM, it sounds like an issue with the handset. You can book a repair on 0800 276 1373. - Rory

  • Ms_7394 #EndSars (@Ms_7394) reported

The customer service in @EE is 5* they are the reason that I wouldn’t leave the network even if there reception is not always the best the customer service hasn’t let me down 👏🏾👏🏾

  • Crabak01 Kitesurfer (@Crabak01) reported

@EE checked your coverage checker shows no known issues in area but not had signal for nwar an hour and need this for work?

  • iD_Mobile_UK iD Mobile (@iD_Mobile_UK) reported

@VillanAston @EE Indeed, and we're trying to determine the cause; there's been no issue with our network in that time, so something else must be at play here. There's been no discussion of a network reset, hence me asking. Could you try again? Settings > Reset > Reset Network Settings - Rory

  • iD_Mobile_UK iD Mobile (@iD_Mobile_UK) reported

@VillanAston @EE If we couldn't provide a good signal in the entirety of Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester and Chelmsford as your previous messages suggest, then we'd be aware of it, as we'd be inundated by customer contact. As it stands, it only seems to be yourself who's having issues. - Rory

  • VillanAston Alexander (@VillanAston) reported

@iD_Mobile_UK @EE Ow so taken you this long to suggest this after months and months of complaining? You said its not under warranty so who is paying for this? Its this a normal thing with iPhones 11 pro? I have never had this on my other iPhones ever.
