@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

@EE y’all really should explicitly say you don’t support eSIM on pay as you go explicitly on your packaging so as not to waste people’s time! eSIMs are not new technology. Get with the times.

@EE Today after an EE store connected me with the customer support and after spending more than an hour on the call, they finally acknowledged that these numbers were cancelled in error and it told me that it will take up 10 days to get them reactivated.

@EE I’ve been on hold for 26 minutes from abroad. I am trying to add a Roaming Pass to my account via text (as per online instructions). This is not working, and now my account has been locked. Can this be sorted ASAP.
