@EE I received a new iPhone handset today and inserted my old sim. I’ve managed to setup the phone but have had no network connection all day, so am unable to make calls. Please could you advise on what to do to fix this?

@soyoprincess @EE Oh, hang on - I think you have to top up £10 a month to get the data and rollover so I suppose it's a sort of quasi-contract.
