@Yaco1872 @bt_uk @EE This happened to me and I called BT. They couldn’t refund me electronically but sent me a cheque for The money that I had in credit on my BT account. However, I wished I never moved across because the EE broadband service is appalling!

Hi @EE, I topped up my SIM today online, but there’s an outage in EX16 and I can’t use any data or calls. I’ve tried going through your online service. I’ve had to borrow WiFi to message you. The top-up’s useless right now — can someone help me get a refund or credit please?
