    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    @padoir @SGiangregorio @EE I did. I submitted an online complaint and had a call back. They were able to provide VAT invoices up until October when they switch billing systems, supposedly. This also coincides with the end of my contract.

    Cannot get Range Rover Evoque Infotainment to work with my new Samsung S21 Ultra. Totally annoyed. Worked fine with my S10+. @EE . Android Auto and Incontrol apps not working.

    @EE How long does @btsport take to activate? I waited 2 days, didn’t work, called up yesterday lunchtime, re set up, and still not working. Any ideas please?

    @SkyHelpTeam It's extremely difficult getting a signal on my mobile to connect to the internet atm. Without my SKY WiFi I am unable to browse. @EE doesn't have a phone mast in my area, which is why I am reliant on wifi
