Otherwise my Note 10+ just tells me to sign into the network, for the @EE website to tell me I'm blocked from buying data. The support is useless to. Unless I have access (1/2)

She was brilliant, called me back when she said she would. Resolved by issue, and called today just to make sure all was okay. Great service. 👍🏽

Nobody answers for 40minutes. Not even sure if it is even maintenance or your network is just shocking. Have quiet word with yourself.

The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), is broken on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.

No wonder why so many people buy fire sticks, I just can’t be asked for the issues that you can get with a stick

Iain Murphy (@the_murfmeister) reported@EE I’ve already called several times on Friday and today. Lots of time spent on hold. Online support is really poor. All I wanted was to watch a TV channel I have paid for but you have cancelled the channel, taken my money and won’t reinstate unless I call you again several times.
