Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

Andy (@theandycooke) reported from Barnsley, England@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

WE WON THE FA CUP!!!!! (@Kirby2k) reported@EE Broadband has been totally down in PO14 3LR since 11am. Infuriating as I am working from home and every hour that passes is one I will have to make up later. Not easy with a newborn and a 4-year-old. You sent an engineer who said there's nothing wrong and as long as I'm getting 200mb then that's acceptable. Well I'm not even getting that. I used to get 75mbs over wifi from a possible 80mbs.
