    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    @MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

    Still paying for a phone contract that is absolutely ****. Maintenance in the area has been sorted yet I’ve still not had more than 2 bars of signal for the past 2/3 months. @EE

    I think @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE etc should offer additional free data to @NHSuk @GoodSamApp volunteers to stop them running out and not being able to help people! @SkyNews @BBCNews

    @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

    @EE any signal issues in Leeds city centre, getting 2mbs on multiple tests after restarting and turning internet off/on etc.....

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

    Word of warning !!!! Just had scam text message saying problem with processing bill supposedly from @EE Rang them on 150 ( not the number on text message ) Problem sorted Thank you

    Right this is actually ridiculous now, paying for a contract I can’t even use because I’ve had no more than 1 bar of signal and keep getting no service for the past 3 weeks!!! @EE sort it out!!!

    @EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

    @EE hi EE, I seem to have lost my 5G over last week? Had a strong 5G signal for a good couple of months at home, now I get nothing except weak a 4G one. What happened? Tried restarting my phone and still ziltch.

    Received a text message from @EE (or so it said) saying they failed to take my payment and to follow a link however the app and the statement says they won’t be taking it until the 1st :/ surely this was a scam and if there was an issue it wouldn’t flag up until the 1st right?!

    @EE Yes, they simply said that I’m too far away from the 5G mast, this clearly isn’t the problem as my phone works and my 5G router has an external antenna, and it can see a 5G signal

    @EE Hello been getting poor reception in our house since yesterday. Call 150 and keep getting cut off and the 24/7 service fails to register. Hugely frustrating and expecting important calls.
