@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

Really glad I managed to leave @O2 and go back to @EE. They said they couldn’t guarantee signal on the 🚂 dropping me down to E like it’s 2005! But I’m here with 5G on EE! #Signal #Connectivity

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

@EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

@EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

@TheSatanicWasp @EE They’re a shocking company to deal with Jay, I was with them for a few years but had had enough of the customer service experience, or lack of it more to the point. Finally jumped ship to @O2

@EE have put my contract price up £3.18 due to inflation, not annoyed by it, everything’s going up. Curious, if inflation falls, does my price also go down?
-
Charlotte Hulka

@EE Wow. That response of attempted justification is poor Jess. Maybe if you could actually get signal on the network your customers may start to understand. It’s down more than it’s up

Not a happy customer, more ridiculous increases! 3months after taking out a contract for £35 p/m with @EE my bill increases by £3.26, I now get another email a year later increasing the bill again this time by a whopping £5.50. this takes my initial £35 to £43.76 p/m. 1/3

@EE sign up to your broadband, literally days after cooling off period ends you increase the tariff. WTF?!
-
Steven Davies
(@steraggit) reported
@EE @ee and I should be grateful? Being upfront & contacting people is the companies duty! I don't mind increases that are fair, but nearly 15% is disgusting. Not your personal fault of course. Just bad practice that is being used by most these days, doesn't make it right.
-
Steven Davies
(@steraggit) reported
So my council tax is increasing by £75 annually. Today @EE tell me my mobile phone line rental is increasing by £95 a year. The above is bad enough but £8 extra per month for literally the same signal and actually worse coverage month on month. @EE can GTF.

@star_boi @EE Well over inflation - customer is price elastic see big loss of customers coming - too many companies taking this period of time to expand profit from price increases - morally wrong companies will get publicly sanctioned by real people
