Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

Been with o2 for 8 years and in fairness to them, never had any issues with their customer service, only reason I was switching was for better signal at work. How hard is it to provide a working SIM card?

New phone contract taken out, phone received Thursday, sim does not work and told it could take 7 to 10 days - even longer. How is this acceptable. Now have no way of making a phone call on UK's supposed best network!
