@MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@mouthwaite @EE Can't fault EE have really bad credit because of ex husband yet EE gave me a contract and it's obviously increased my credit, I had a recent issue and couldn't pay on bill date yet they reconnected my phone and allowed me to pay on the date I said I could

@mouthwaite @EE Tamzin move to Tesco, never had an issue and my whole family have had mobiles with them for a number of years. Don’t accept Covid as an excuse for poor service as it isn’t and most people are back at work now in one form or another.. If not they should be!! (Unless isolating)

@mouthwaite @EE Virgin are as bad, said my address was wrong been living in the same address for 20 years therefore their customer for 20 years,take a huge amount of money off me every month but wouldn’t offer me an upgrade on my mobile though I was due one.

@RonGRAH20712792 @mouthwaite @EE Iv never had bad service from them,hubby lost his job couple years ago(before covid kicked off) I missed 4 months of payments,they never cut me off,they helped me,we got back on track an are still with them,I could never ever fault ee from my point of view

@mouthwaite @EE I have been a customer with ee for years but the coverage in the area I live is declining and now resorting to making phonecalls at the front door of my home or my in my downstairs loo. I will be changing contracts when I can next month.
