LifeIsDifficultEnough (@Spezzington) reported@EE I really couldn't bare to jump through hoops to any customer service. On the contrary, it should be EE contacting me to apologise. EE have the technology to know exactly when hubs are not responding. If EE didn't know then the hub wouldn't come back online. Just deliver.
