Then recently I was charged £24 for a data add on offered to me at £10. I had to ring twice about that. Your customer service reps were extremely rude.

Software was old and clunky unlike the smooth operation of a Samsung, the display doesn't flex when you press to unlock where as the Pixel did and never unlocked.
