@EE as someone who works remote full time. How do you expect me to be efficient enough with such poor connection speeds? I mean, you do claim to be "the best" ... why M I receiving 'the worst'?

Inflation is predicted to go down & definitely not to 14.4%, this is just big companies cashing in again. I will be looking to change providers @EE @MartinSLewis

  • LaurenRobb10 Lauren (@LaurenRobb10) reported

@EE Nah that’s a complete cop out. I can even get a signal in my house.

  • woodsharp Angela Wood 💜 (@woodsharp) reported

@EE could someone explain why my bill is increasing by 14.4% in March when inflation is predicted to fall? Yours sincerely a very p***ed off loyal customer & why it says its CPI inflation rate PLUS 3.9%?? Another company who has mad big profits #CostOfLivingCrises

  • seafordroly roly (@seafordroly) reported

@EE @Steveinfue Utter rubbish, you've jumped on the bandwagon of increasing prices as much as you can like everyone else. I used to have 5 contracts with you down to 2 now 1 will go shortly then the last in September, there was a time you was competitively priced now your just the most expensive

  • Archiemccallum2 Wee amm (@Archiemccallum2) reported

@EE I'd work on fixing the 4g signal rather than pish 5g, it says u have full signal but can't phone or go online as it doesn't ******* work. Says no ******* Internet connection or signal, ******* joke

  • Top_Gunner68 Keith (@Top_Gunner68) reported

@EE I have updated your app and it no longer works!! I am trying to get in touch with your online chat as I have an issue but am totally stuck 😡 please assist!

  • LaurenRobb10 Lauren (@LaurenRobb10) reported

@EE I’m up £10 per month. DISGUSTING. Paying £77 per month for a contract where I get no signal in my house and an iPhone 13 Pro Max when I can get a 14 for the same price. Lost a loyal customer. No one expects £10 increase a couple of quid but not £10

  • Ninzolow Ninzolow (@Ninzolow) reported

@Ofcom Long overdue. You should never be able to agree a contract and then just months later it goes up by 14% - @EE and @virginmedia are prime examples of this. Free license to fleece customers.
