@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@EE hello EE. My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Please can you resolve this ASAP, I can DM you to give her her details ? Thank you

@EE yet again no signal can’t speak to anyone on the online chat need to ring can you explain how I can ring without signal, I know about wifi calling but would need wifi for that what’s the point of a mobile if need to be on wifi!

@EE Why are you charging me for using my home phone when I've never used it? You suggest I've called a mobile which I have not and I don't recognise the number. If I was to call anyone I'd use my mobile. My landline is only used for incoming calls from my elderly parents
