    @EE your customer service is the worse in the world your employees lie and lie again and are dam right ignorant I’ve been called sir mr and a host of transphobic abuse and now I’ve reached my limit @BBC this is what we spoke about and now I’m happy to proceed with the interview

    @downing2 @EE I was with them for 10 years got the iPhone 7 and lost it 2 days later in a taxi, they would do **** all for me, not even a better rate on another phone so ended up having 2 contracts. Now with Vodafone.

    @openreach splines are in 2/3 months I can get @sky @bt @EE @Talktalk then get rid of @virginmedia forever cant wait, but if it is crap after @virginmedia, who cares thet are still shite 🖕🖕🖕

    @EE your members site seems very broken! Desktop and also the app! Just tried to upgrade and it’s taken me 3 hours and then a get an error message at the end! This is the 3rd attempt in 2 weeks! Not sure you want me to upgrade!

    @EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

    @virginmedia This is the experience I have had of VM ever since I can remember, but it was either you or 6mbps with phone line, but soon I will have fttp with @SkyUK or some other @EE but deffo not you, never ever again @virginmedia.

    @solbloke @EE are terrible for signal in our area. If I want to make a phone call, I have to stand at the top of my stairs! Regretting moving away from @VodafoneUK, always had signal with them.

    @EE No your customer service is a disgrace I've gone through multiple calls and every time rather than solving my problems keep asking me security questions. Absolutely useless. You cut me off the call because you couldn't solve any problems.
