    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    @EE @amazoniasian I wouldn't even bother with the online chat. I've tried twice, managed to speak to 2 different people and still haven't solved the issue. Absolutely useless.

    @EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

    @EE still waiting for somebody to phone me over my ever intermittent broadband. Yet just had email saying “we’ve closed your complaint” how convenient to sweep it under the carpet !

    @EE Having a lot of signal problems, my wife is trying to make important calls but the signal keeps dropping out meaning she's missing the call. Never had this issue before. Its been the same for two days, having pretty much no signal!

    @EE Its running but not very well as noone told me i also had poor connection on that too so waiting to be upgraded on that too. Yes always on wifi calling. My partner is with another company and he has no signal problems in the house

    @EE Well, that doesn’t really help me getting my broadband back, does it. Without broadband I can’t do my job and therefore can’t earn any money. EE’s inactions are putting my livelihood ad risk. So please sort it out today

    @EE Hi, my sister received a letter ref#176243790 telling her she’s missed a payment on an account she closed a year ago! She hasn’t been contacted about that account since it was closed. I’ve tried calling but can’t get through to a human. Can somebody help to sort this out? Raj

    @EE Nobody ever told me the phone was locked to EE nor was I told it would need unlocking prior to changing over. Now I'm stuck. Thanks EE. You've been a great help.
