  • Dreamy_Trance Dreamy (@Dreamy_Trance) reported from Bristol, England

@EE Going to leave this so-called network on the day of end of contract....It doesn't work, numerous faults, extraordinarily expensive and a rip-off.

  • CaptSauve Dan White (@CaptSauve) reported from Bristol, England

@EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

  • danieldurrans Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England

@ee “my new eSIM has been dispatched” - I guess I am not getting it in the post today as your support person thought I would. Another day without a phone #EEeSimShame

Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

  • danieldurrans Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England

@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

  • elliotleaver92 Elliot Leaver (@elliotleaver92) reported from Bristol, England

@netpro2011 @EE Same here in Bristol. Guess it's part of the outage thing we've had today.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • setu9760 Setu Desai (@setu9760) reported

@EE I tried about an hour ago and received one email for verification but upon clicking the link it said link invalid and to try again but again no email for the retry. It is a sim-only pay monthly contract that we bought a few months ago but never registered for an online account

  • JaneMaunsell Jane Maunsell (@JaneMaunsell) reported

@EE please can you help me I can’t make any phone calls abroad or receive any phone calls this is urgent and I can’t get through please message me

  • GregSheldrake Greg Sheldrake (@GregSheldrake) reported

@EE Highly disappointed that EE isn't partaking in the Offer. So handsets sat there collecting dust. And let's put it this way! EE hasn't announced a release date for the handsets which doesn't help customers to ensure they're home for deliveries!

  • NickJ211 Nick (@NickJ211) reported

@EE hello. Is it possible to raise an issue with home broadband via email or ticket. I am unable to speak on the phone.

  • Here2watch2 Here2watch (@Here2watch2) reported

@EE @EE but as you say you're making the customer pay for these upgrades rather than acknowledge the tough times people are facing and forecasting lower profits this year to pay for them that way?

  • DJ_Matt_Black Matt Black (@DJ_Matt_Black) reported

@EE I have just recieved emails to tell me my phone and broadband are going up by 4.10 and 8.66 respectively. How can you possibly justify such extortionate rises, if it wasnt for the fact i have only just renewed my phone and started a broadband i would be looking to cancel

  • jamie__leonard Jamie Leonard (@jamie__leonard) reported

Once again @EE you have an app and online login that are unable to allow me to manage data, my account and so on. This isn't an isolated occurrence, it's becoming more and more regular. A poor customer experience due to shabby back end management.

  • jon_mann Jon Clemens-Mann (@jon_mann) reported

I've been a loyal @EE customer since its inception. Barely 3 months into a 2 year contract. Slapped with nearly a 15% price increase. Don't accept "rise in line with inflation" excuse. I bet this increase doesn't apply to new customers. Great way to reward loyalty. Not impressed

  • bryanth0mpson BLT (@bryanth0mpson) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Sad to have been charged a contract cancellation fee by @EE I thought that since I’ve been a customer since 1999 they might have let it slide 😞

  • CameronFormby69 mdmejdjdjdiwiwmmemd (@CameronFormby69) reported

@EE your wifi is honestly useless I’ll never recommend you or BT to family and friends your scamming people by promising a service and not delivering at all, plus your customer service is as useful as your **** wifi
