-
Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.
-
Sam Jenkins (@Sam19Jenkins) reported from Midsomer Norton, England@EE I’m trying to unlock an Huawei P30 lite that I got from yourselves in Feb but your website isn’t recognising the IMEI number and Iv spoken to you 3 times on the phone. Keep getting told to go on the website! Please help!!

-
Maarten (@MaartenSleeckx) reported from Victoria, Wales@EE As far as replies go this is roughly of the same use to me as Vodafone's customer service. My question is whether you too accept these minimum speeds to be "5G" even in the case of full coverage?
-
Dan White (@CaptSauve) reported from Bristol, England@EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".
-
Dan Dineen (@Daniel_Dineen) reported from Newport, Wales@EE trying to login to my account for a job but keeps saying I’ve got the wrong password and it’s not
-
Shahan Miah #DateShahan (@shahanshahan) reported from Bristol, EnglandEither the network is having problems where I am, or I just can't seem to have phone calls without losing signal throughout @EE
-
Usman Sikander (@usmansikander_1) reported from Bristol, EnglandHi @EE, the reception is very poor for sometime now. I remember there was a planned maintenance going on, how long more until it gets sorted out?
-
Dreamy (@Dreamy_Trance) reported from Bristol, England@EE Going to leave this so-called network on the day of end of contract....It doesn't work, numerous faults, extraordinarily expensive and a rip-off.
-
-
Bradley Cahill (@Braddersbristol) reported from Bristol, England@Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

-
LAWRIE MILLS (@Chunky_Lozza) reported from Kingswood, England@EE Would of thought seeing as I’ve been a customer of yours for 22yrs (orange beforehand), I would of been treated better since you want me to upgrade. NOT HAPPY !!
-
Shitsgigglesngloves (@Shitsgigglesng1) reported from Kingswood, EnglandPoor Polly at @EE ...she wasnt contemplating work a saturday evening and having to answer the phone to me having a poo! It coulda been worse! It could have been @midgetvernon8 Calling them as he whatsapp craps on the vid call! #itshowiroll #poocrimes #satonthegaryglitter
-
Julian Hensey (@julianhensey) reported from Keynsham, England@EE This is the reply we get every single day 2 hours but clearly is a major infrastructure issue that needs longer term resolution.
-
Daniel Thomas (@dklthomas6666) reported from Newport, Wales@EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

-
Mike ⭐⭐ (@MaidaChelsea) reported@ee Wembley WiFi worst I've ever come across
-
Ralph Hardwick (@HardwickRalph) reported@EE My full fibre EE service keeps being cut, losing my TV image. Your website and fault finding service is diabolical. Why cannot I discuss with a real person rather than a computer bot?
-
Oldpuddle (@Oldpuddle) reported@EE and @HBO - if you offer a free trial to customers then don't charge people for it when they sign up. We even called customer services and lo and behold - we get charged. Terrible behaviour.
-
Jee (@Samomit29) reported@EE 14 years of being a customer and you can’t provide me a decent service
-
Micky Jones (@MickyJones_) reported@EE The app is still down and I can't see my order on the website even though its went through
-
not jay (@notjay92349724) reported@EE That’s exactly what I told him, but with the issues above he doesn’t want to make a fuss, and won’t push it. I’m surprised the guide at the time never looked into it. Instead they just out his tariff down to a consumer tariff
-
Kev (@KevlarBrock) reported@EE I’d really recommend you provide the service I’m paying you for. Don’t see what calling the tech team will achieve when it’s your end that’s the issue, again.
-
Jake Murphy (@jake_murphy95) reported@shughe02 @skytv @EE They got me down to about £80 then deals expired, went to £92 and now it’s it’s £106 Before I called them a few months ago it was £112. No wonder why so many people buy fire sticks, I just can’t be asked for the issues that you can get with a stick
