Their app is shit, their online website is shit & then when you phone them they have no recollection of anything. Still can’t pay my bill & they’re not doing **** all to help.

The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.
