@EE Honestly I am actually so fed up of the ‘BEST’ company for phone network. What a load of rubbish. I have the IPhone 12 and might aswell throw it away. The internet/data has not been working at all even when my phone tells me I have ‘5G’ and full signal. Load of rubbish EE.

@EE I'm a new customer, and I have lost access to my old number with Three, and my temp number can't be dialled out from. I'm not sure I'm comfortable without a number at all, esp having elderly parents and children. #AnyHelp

@EE Have restarted every hour. Ok - will wait. But have never had this issue on a transfer especially as a new customer on an expensive contract. I don't even have a home phone, so having to tell all my immediate family to use WhatsApp calling.

@EE need some assistance unlocking an old phone. No longer an EE customer, was told it was sorted last week but it’s not. Still can’t get through on phone lines, could someone help please?

@EE Well, new cust relations said they saw the port occur at 10am & passed me on. The 2nd team, said it's unusual and passed me to tech. Tech said it can take between 24-48 hrs. I know this is really unusual, and something is not quite right, as I've never been out of contact.

@EE very disappointed in ee &there services had lifetime warranty on my phone through my contract,speaker stopped working and because there was dust in a phone that’s 1 year and a half old they wouldn’t fix it very bad service and I am definitely finding someone else avoid EE
