@EE Hi EE, my work phone no longer is works, I don't have a connection to the network and nor will it allow me to use voice and data. It was working perfectly fine earlier. It's a Bank Holiday now, I work with young people who may need to contact me for emergencies. Can you help?

@EE It ok , I’ve been in the phone to a technical advisor already for ages this morning - she couldn’t do anything other than advise that the signal was bad because the mast is down . Can you fix the mast? That would solve my problem!

6 months into my 2 year phone contract with @Ee and my monthly price has gone up £8. The signal is constantly **** I have to use wifi calling to make a phone call, if anything they should be giving me £8 back a month🤯
