    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    phone signal so bad at @DudleyGroupNHS #RussellsHall Just helped an elderly lady who was fretting & struggling to get in contact with loved ones & had to use WhatsApp as phone signal on @O2 and @EE wouldn’t even get a dial tone out of any of our phones. Can’t you donate boosters?

    @EE @bt_uk "To fix this, we'll just cancel that order and start again." We've been waiting a month at this point, will we have to wait another month? How many times will a single bank-holiday be used as a scapegoat? I've been on the phone for nearly two hours and my bedtime is approaching.

    @EE Tried to get an EE sim only, credit score refused even though I have a perfect credit rating. Also EE site claims I already have an account even though I have never had an EE account or phone.

    @KakwenzaRukira @EE You can imagine, now am here stuck with a 3G simcard, they tell me I must go physically with an original ID yet they already have my data. Sucks

    @bt_uk & @EE are same company. Move SIM from BT to EE and get a 10% discount; renew EE contract & pay full whack. So I am paying the same per month staying on EE for 6GB as someone who transfers from BT for 10GB. I now need to transfer from EE to BT and then back again. #stupid
