@EE Hi. I'm good thanks, although frustrated that EE just hung up on me again. Its calls, text and data affected as NO SERVICE at all. WiFi is ok though. Please help as my mum needs her phone back working especially as she receives texts from NHS so very important. Thanks

Between @EE and @OpenreachHelp you need to sort my girlfriends broadband issues ASAP or were taking legal action. Nearly 3 months since she first moved in and ordered broadband from you & still hasn't worked. Pathetic service from the pair of you. Disgrace

@EE I keep getting hang up phonecall from mobile numbers when i check them online it says its you, are these scam calls? Just so i know how to deal with them?

@EE My bill is paid direct debit and is never missed. Just thought if the tarrif could be reduced it would save a few quid each month. Paying for something that isn't being used (60G of data) seems financially pointless.

@EE this is ridiculous. 7days of no to very little signal. I am not paying £100 a month to not use a mobile. Friends are able to get credit on their phones due to this issue, but OH NO YOU WONT CREDIT ME for having the same issues. Thats DISCRIMINATION...i would like credit too..

@EE It's working again now. Was down for 20 odd hours, some people would suffer in this lockdown if that's their only means of communication. Twice in 7 days is not good publicity either. I understand it's the infrastructure not specifically EE so if your getting a refund pass it on
