@EE returned a phone back to you 2 weeks ago, Phone was restricted and still is. No data, I have lost out on shifts due to this. Been speaking to Jane from EE who's been a great help but isn't available until tomorrow to try and resolve this situation. I need this resolved ASAP.

@EE @EnglandFootball @EE could you confirm where service is guaranteed. Constant issues with phone since Jan 2022. Unable to answer calls today. Told by your technical advisor service is not guaranteed at home, whilst moving or whilst stationary.

@EE The only reason I won’t do anything further about it was because the agent on the phone went above and beyond to try to help and it’s not fair on her to make a complaint, as it will obvs fire back at her

@EE is the WORST company. They keep charging me something different every month. They have also been charging me someone else’s bill on top of mine. When I asked them to take it off they didn’t. Had to call them again to get it sorted and they have refuse to refund my money 🤬🤬
