    Believing what the call centre operatives told me I switched from @skytv to @EE !!! What an absolute pile of ****... when the contract is up its getting cancelled along with 3 phone lines...

    @EE Absolutely raging. @EE “support” told me to get a relative to call for me because I’m deaf. Imagine being excluded from your own account because of their lack of accessibility. 2025 and still no respect for deaf customers. Do better. #DeafRights #AccessibilityFail

    @EE is there a problem with download/upload speeds in FY8? Been shocking all day. Have tried to check on the app but that isn’t working either.

    @EE Thanks but it says no issues yet even 4G icon is greyed out on my phone right now. I just can't be bothered. Race is finished now. Just so bloody disheartened with this

    @EE better be ready to receive the biggest complaint they've ever had from me. absolute farce trying to join up and eSIM after eSIM failing to activate and waiting days on end with no network. Ridiculous "service"!

    Just had a sales call from @EE . I don't mind these. Just upgraded my tablet ... ended up with a lower monthly bill. Outstanding. And 100% customer service everytime. See, good things do happen.

    @EE terrible broadband service, after being convinced to switch from virgin media with the offer of “we’ll pay off your remaining contract” the service has already been down all day. We only switched last week.
