@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@EE the one time I need to actually call customer service for something urgent the whole system is down. I can’t contact you guys via phone or live chat. I need to make an international call and have the service unlocked plus enough on spend cap. Please help?

@EE having changed our contact for zero roaming charges in Europe, we find ourselves confronted with £2 per day roaming charge in mainland Europe and absolutely no way of getting through to the international EE customer services number +44 7953 966250. HELP!!!

@EE I’m not there any more. I went in to get some help with a roaming problem but it’s so annoying. I just feel like the shop is there just to sell phones, not to help people :-(
