  @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

  Dear @EE Your website sucks. After logging in why on earth does it keep reverting to the opening page after every munu choice I make. All I wanted to do was to set up EU roaming (and be billed 2.72 per day) for ONE of the 3 SIMs on my account. Your website defeated me.

  What the actual **** @EE why the hell can't you turn off voice over LTE on your network ******* stupid and that's coming from an IT guy!!! Calls drop constantly can the data stream can't handle it, most moronic thing i have ever seen in my life!!!

  @EE I have already spoken to multiple ‘customer service’ agents and lodged multiple complaints but EE fail to follow up with me, do not reimburse me (multiple empty promises!) and close my complaints as ‘resolved’ within 24hrs despite no follow up and zero resolution. Disgraceful!

  @EE That worked. However the contact person had not update on the problem or the expected timeline expected to have that fixed. Apparently, @WeAreOpenreach is yet to fix whatever problem there is in my neighbourhood and EE doesn’t seem to have any alternative solution for those affected. We’re stuck in a limbo.
