@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@EE Members of the store team. Wether I was right or wrong in asking rozeen to terminate my number the correct response from her would be to offer me the local phone to ring service desk. I think "rozeen" in the store need to apologise to me. I never said anything rude to her.

@EE I wanted to stop one of my 2 phone numbers. As I was having issues getting through to 150, so decided to visit a store. Happened to be in city centre so popped in the high street branch. I requested for number termination. The 3 team member wer chatting among themselves.

All I need it for BT to do nothing until Friday when my new ISP will be taking over that's not a lot to ask It's not like I haven't paid my bill or anything like that It's purely down to @EE incompetence and nothing else
