@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@EE Me again you disgusting company. Not only have u now ignored the unlock request u have changed the plan to a more expensive one with no authorisation and r threatening a bed ridden 84 year old with penalties for leaving a contract he never signed up to-he was in surgery!

@EE Still shockingly slow. Has the antenna direction been adjusted ? Speeds in the village which are under the mast are really poor since that work was carried out. Further away it’s normal
