@EE brought a new phone, got delivered today and the sim isn’t activated. I called up and i got told the issue might be fixed on Saturday. Why send it out if you knew there might be a problem. How many days do i have to go without a working phone now? Ridiculous

@EE I've had no signal since Monday! This is ridiculous! Yes I understand you're doing some work to improve things in my area but gosh just getting texts with different dates and different lengths the disruptions will last!

Went back to @EE over a month ago and had my phone delivered about a month later. 2 days later they still haven’t activated my sim!! I knew I’d made a mistake going back to them. I never had problems with BT.
