@EE No need to DM. It’s the same issue I’ve told you about over the last 5 years. There often is barely any network connection. So phone calls are extremely difficult.

@EE Thanks for the further reply. Knowing people are on-site not in a queue for engineering resource is good to know. I'm just wary of subjective references without measurement. I understand an estimate may not be met, unanticipated issues always arrive, an expected fix may not.

@lisapoulton10 @EE Yeah if we wasn’t in a lockdown & the store was open I would of gone in there least the staff there listen & understand basic English & don’t try to give you something you don’t need etc part of me felt like telling him to stick it & cancel the contract ,

Finished my contract with @EE and they refuse to give my any sort of additional discount on a new contract ? Coming from a customer who’s been with them over many years ? Hmmmm naatttt goooddd
