    @EE I am now being told that 5G service is patchy and isn’t guaranteed, I can see the mast and your signal checker says available in my area! May as well just cancel this contract now, endless lies and bullshit and I’ve been back 24h.

    @EE hi guys, so i just flew to Poland and my sim is not working AT ALL! Tried choosing any of the operators here but nothing. Your website has no direct chat now and i cannot even use my mobile.

    Well it's taken 32 days but @GooglePlay have finally issued a refund.... which won't be in my account till new year. Between @GooglePlay and @EE you really do see the downside side to large corporations. Never give either a penny willingly again.

    @EE please help! I’m in the US (from the U.K.) for Christmas. I’ve always been able to use my data over here but I keep getting texts from you telling me I have to buy a package. It’s always been a part of my contract! Help! Need to speak to family in U.K. tomorrow!

    @EE But never called. I never authorized this new plan and will not accept any extra charges. I did all I possibly can to cancel it but your lousy service prevailed. I even went to the store and they couldn’t do a thing. Thug company
