You know what's great? I've been having problems with my broadband all day and the @EE app won't let me in unless I add a phone number but it won't recognise it because it isn't an EE phone rendering it useless.

Hi @EE - got to say had a brilliant call today re my upgrade. Your customer service dude was amazing! But I forgot to get Apple TV as a free add on - how do I go about this?
