    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    @WoodUksparky137 @EE Never ever buy a phone with a contract on a finance agreement. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not yours. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     @PolemicTMM @EE Obviously not totally automated but I did use AI to help her. Quick 2 minute query written up in a way that she could understand how to change within the EE app. Sent the output to her and it worked a treat

    @EE my signal is down in the SK22 area. The WiFi we log into is also down. I have tried the app (via a Vodafone hotspot connection), but your AI is sending me in circles.

    @EE why do you make it so hard to get help for home broadband? The WiFi account isn’t in my name but I have all the details I need, but because I’m using my phone the AI bot will only consider my account. Typically the WiFi stops when the office is shut. EE broadband is so so bad
