@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@EE this company is a nightmare to deal with. Added btsport on as my smart benefit a week ago, still not working with ID003 error. Call up and say they can’t help because accounts in my mums name but how can she sort anything when deaf? Wouldn’t recommend at all and no one helps

@EE I get a text to say I can get a data package which I need to get to the hospital in the USA so I text travel to 150 only to be told I can’t. Useless and irrelevant information when I need help
