@EE is committed to providing excellent customer service (according to the recorded welcome message on 150). This seems to be at odds with the warning that “the wait is in excess of 30mins” to get through to an advisor. Can anyone beat 37mins?

Another unsuccessful day of trying to get through to @EE customer service. I'm beginning to think that my call is orbiting space....
