@EE I had police round as they said to them I might be in need. It causing problems since I got disconnected for no reason. I can raise or get into accounts as need number. You know I'm in need & tried to sign in I couldn't even get that right I'm very ill more than you know????

@EE Thanks Peter - it’s an iPhone 11 Pro. I’ve turned off WiFi calling which has solved the problem, but I’d have thought a 100mbps would be sufficient for it to work.

Keep getting kicked off the internet when in CH64 area and @EE reckons there's no issue. Just told they have reset some settings and I should reset phone. 🤬

@EE Yep It's fixed now, and works great, Colin really went above and beyond getting on BT when they kept messing up and keeping close track of the drop outs we were having to try and help figure out the issue. He also kept in contact with us so we knew what was going on.
