H'away @EE, my home broadband has gone down at least three times-a-day over the last week or so. I WFH three days a week and do voluntary work that requires me to be on the laptop over the weekend. My broadband price went up recently, so how are we squaring this?

@EE Customer service created a new account for us but we still have to wait until 3rd of October. The only thing you could do is to ask your tech team to add a step in the provider migration to send a confirmation email to the account holder.

@bomielke @EE Only after an hour on the phone with them, and not entirely satisfactorily. The person I spoke with was helpful and solved the immediate issue, but not why it occurred in the first place and no agreement to refund the $100+ I’ve spent on phone calls trying to resolve. 😑
