@EE - Your after care and customer service support is absolutely shocking. Promised a BT engineer attending our home today to fix our home phone line which has been unserviceable since 17th Dec- never materialised and no communication.

@EE Very upset with my service at EE today. Sent from pillar to post. Staff who didn’t give a toss about helping, in fact happy to not do! Mis-sold a Samsung tablet, given false information and then not told there is a no return policy ...

@EE very unhappy with service today. Pushed from pillar to post, lack of care and interest. Mis-sold a Samsung tablet as they haven’t got i-pads..the staff talked us in to it, knew we weren’t convinced, but did not warn us of the ‘no return policy’. Will be losing us in August!
