@EE kitikpa la cha unu anya. How can you owe me £50 after I returned an upgraded phone within the 14 day cooling off period only to be billed £99. The idiot I spoke to on 150 said nothing can be done cos that my bill. Imagine the audacity? Arant nonsense.. Afọ SA gbue unu dia.

@EE Yes they did. So no benefit to being a loyal customer of BT and EE for many years. Should I move away from both do you think? Then you can entice me back (maybe) with some nice ‘new customer’ offers??

@EE my network/connection has been non existent since friday and not had any updates, properly *************** now. I pay £40 each month for data ive been unable to use. Can anyone give me an estimate of when this might be fixed?!

@EE Better deals as a new customer with Vodafone and even Tesco mobile than I can get as an EE customer for about 20 years. I'll be off once my contact ends in June
