@EE I currently have no broadband as @virginmedia are so unhelpful with this as I’ve moved house, having to hotspot my phone which eats through my data can u please help me out through this tough time

Having to use my tablet to tweet phone is now completely beyond saving. I'm paying @EE for a service that I can't use. But yet I am also not being allowed to leave the contract. It's like being stuck in a room with 4 walls and no doors. It's really testing my anxiety.😭

@EE So I haven’t been able to receive any calls since last week…my nearest mast ‘is down’ and my phone won’t connect to another one? And EE have been aware of it for 3 days…diagnostics show there are no issues in my area but Tech support says the mast is down
