    @EE I currently have no broadband as @virginmedia are so unhelpful with this as I’ve moved house, having to hotspot my phone which eats through my data can u please help me out through this tough time

    Really disappointed with @EE phones still not been put back on despite numerous attempts to resolve this they are too busy to call me back. Poor show

    @EE When I contacted Live Chat today you can see a supervisor admitted that I had been lied to last week & there was nothing they could do to restore my service as the collections team are only on phone but I would have to download Skype to ring them because I'd been wrongly cut off!

    @EE Long story short I contacted live chat last week as I was switching banks & my DD did not go through. I was told that as long as I paid this Thursday I would not be cut off. Despite this I had no service as of today when I arrived at hospital to be with a sick relative.

    @EE poor service. Upgraded my phone this morning and was quoted £30 up front cost. Just had a call to tell me it was an error and the update front cost was actually £180! Order cancelled!!
