  @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

  @EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

  @EE Oh well off to care phone whare house I do sim only better for me as used to be with you only when it came time to up grade never ever did I get a phone I wanted ony what you wanted to give and I'd been with orange as you were since 18 years old first mobile motorala.

  @EE I wouldnt test my patience today David, I’m pregnant and very hormonal. I’ve been with your broadband for almost 5 years. I recently moved home and stupidly decided to stay with EE. But it’s ok I have 4 days left to decide to cancel and go for maybe a better broadband.

  @EE Also looking on the coverage checker, Vodafone have better 5g coverage in Penarth in general for 5g which is my hometown. Turning on WiFi calling isn't enough to solve the problem. As we no longer have a land-line.

  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

  @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

  @bt_uk @EE 1 month into a new internet deal and now the 3rd time I have been disconnected due to your poor admin. Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .

  @_Deano__ @EE I've been with EE broadband twelve months and it goes down four or five times per day and it probably goes when we're all asleep but we don't know, was great to begin with but horrendous now.
