Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

Jules Morgan (@thejoolzman) reported from Penarth, Wales@EE Also looking on the coverage checker, Vodafone have better 5g coverage in Penarth in general for 5g which is my hometown. Turning on WiFi calling isn't enough to solve the problem. As we no longer have a land-line.

Chris Lent (@MrChrisLent) reported from Cardiff, Wales@EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it
