    @EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful itโ€™s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

    @EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends thoโ€™

    @RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

    @EE I'm having issues with the My EE app on Android at the moment. It won't open at all at the moment and keeps getting stuck on a white screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue is persisting.

    @EE Please inform me why I cannot access your online service. It says, โ€œSorry we were unable to complete your request right now. Please call our customer service team on 150โ€. I want to do this online tonight as cannot ring 150 in the days this week.

    @EE MyEE is not working. Wanted to change my plan. Shame as considering moving to another provider with no contract/SIM only. Would be nice to see if you could match the monthly SIM only.

    @EE General browsing & loading web pages through safari. Only seems to have an issue when in the city centre as soon as I leave to I donโ€™t seem to have an issue

    Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I canโ€™t cancel it without paying ยฃ360!!!

    @O2UK did I get a good deal because I can't get reception pretty much anywhere? Switched from @EE and frankly devistated. Had no idea EE were that far ahead of you in terms of network coverage.... (Took ages posting this because of the rubbish network ..)

    @EE Let's see if we can squeeze an extra fiver out of people with poor judgement! I know you can get e-sims now (and I have done previously) but it does feel like it's exploitative of people who lack the technical knowhow or confidence to do that.

    Absolutely disgraceful customer service from @EE . Expecting customers to wait 45 mins to get someone to answer your call . Time after time this company fails the consumer. I've been with them 25 plus years but on renewal will be changing - enough is enough.

    @dcr_1999 @EE I had issue when I tried to change my kids contracts to sim only, tried online spend cap limit reached, went in store same, even though I was trying to spend less than currently was. Waiting to move them away from EE. Always a stress and hassle at upgrade time.

    @EE Hello. Already done that thanks and there was zero interest. Also, I'd be careful about commenting on being the best, I've never know it as bad for phone signal or non-existant data.
