I recently moved home and stupidly decided to stay with EE. But it’s ok I have 4 days left to decide to cancel and go for maybe a better broadband.

Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

Olivier (@Nepomucene) reported@EE your e-sim activation process is wrong. If your old SIM/E-sim is broken you can’t receive the activation code. Wasted 2h on call/chat/store, and you lost £20+ in costs. Why not have an escape process with @onfido + Login/Pass to send the PIN? Faster for me. Cheaper for you…
