Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Jules Morgan (@thejoolzman) reported from Penarth, Wales@EE Also looking on the coverage checker, Vodafone have better 5g coverage in Penarth in general for 5g which is my hometown. Turning on WiFi calling isn't enough to solve the problem. As we no longer have a land-line.

It's still happening, it's still terrible, and I'm still waiting until the 27th for a fix, after I was lied to about the last "fix" other week.

Kris (@omgdoughnut_) reported@EE just some feedback, change your delivery company. DPD say they attempted delivery when I’ve been in all day waiting and tracking their driver. Their support is non existent too. Frustrated is taking it mildly!
