    Do you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls,however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today,like seriously incredible. One less worry for me and hopefully an hours more sleep!

    @EE I'm so sick of you, I called your customs service to chase up big problems & yet again no one knows what is going on as all I get it's not me who sent the text; it's not me that is looking into it; I wasn't there at the time ect. I'm so upset & depressed over it all. Thanks

    @EE the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, it seems to be fine for EE to give customers misleading information and when you question it no one knows why & don't want to find out why to tell the customer what went wrong, EE loves to work behind closed doors. Sad

    @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

    @bt_uk @s_starrr6 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    @EE Thats the problem call 150 🙄🙄 they are some staff are useless & I just can't be annoyed dealing with them anymore 😮‍💨😮‍💨 loyalty is nothing to EE anymore just same stuff time after time with them. Thanks anyway think sky mobile is offering better deals.

    @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them

    @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

    @EE EE mobile service has been down the last 2 days! In postcode area SA62 6RJ WEST WALES! I have reported and signed up for alerts and states known issue! When will it be fixed?? It’s unacceptable
