-
Felix Marlow OBE (@Deiniolenman) reported from Clwt - y - bont, Wales@EE @Ceej9588 Strange how the word 'failure' has been replaced by 'outage'.

-
Noèl Cunningham 🇮🇪 (@noel_cunningham) reported from Llandudno, Wales@EE the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, it seems to be fine for EE to give customers misleading information and when you question it no one knows why & don't want to find out why to tell the customer what went wrong, EE loves to work behind closed doors. Sad
-
#HelloMyNameIs Helen (@HelenC_xoxo) reported from Penrhyn Bay, WalesDo you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls, however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today, like seriously incredible. EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jessica Brown (@Jessbrown2590) reported@EE why do we pay £££ every month if each time we leave the house we can’t use our phones due to no signal even though it says 5G?
-
ALittleWren (@ScottishWrenLou) reported@EE Your broadband service is rubbish. It frequently drops out and tonight it dropped out half an hour ago and has still not come back. And the 4G backup is useless as it doesn’t work. Really fed up with this now.
-
Danny (@ItsMeChalks) reported@EE I am an EE One customer and I have just gone into my app to check the EE One Up section and it advises me to become an EE One customer — which I am.
-
The Chumpasaurus (@TheGrumpasaurus) reported@EE city centre and I can barely get a signal. You are a disgrace of a company. Prices go up, service goes down. "Best network" my arse.
-
Vicki Heselton (@VHeselton) reported@EE pay nearly £70 a month for digital and wifi. Supposed to be guaranteed. It’s hopeless and inconsistent and to make matters worse you can never speak to anyone! Can you please do something to improve
-
Dave (@UK_DC_One) reported@Ofcom A good start Need to make it so everyone can exit a contract if either service being paid for is not up to standard, or after 6 months if not happy can switch at no cost, or added to a contract based on information provided by an agent (@EE did this to me back in December, and now im locked into a phone contract that is not what I was told I was supposed to be paying). It's time these companies are punished for ripping off the British people
-
Victor (@0Vicmat) reportedDPD deliveries are so impractical. @EE you need to offer an in store collection option! Delivering large orders during work hours when people arent home doesnt work, especially since DPD doesnt let you pick a day after 5 days. Theyve already failed a Saturday delivery today 😤
-
鬼萃香 OniSuika (@OniSuika) reported@EE Home broadband. Never seen speeds over 3mb/s even through ethernet, and now had a week of random disconnects every hour. The service check on the website hardly ever loads but when it does it reports no problem. Done the classic troubleshoots to death. How does this cost so much?
-
Dale (@gde_dale) reported@EE So if someone were paying for 500mbps, and someone joined the public ee network and started using 50mbps, the owner would still get 500mbp? Or would they get 450mbps?
-
Shaun Masterton (@Notretsam) reported@Ofcom Not surprised to see @EE having the most complaints. Their customer service is utterly atrocious. BT used to be brilliant; then EE appeared, and it's been horrendous ever since.
