  @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

  Very frustrating that after being a loyal customer of @EE for over 25 years the best deal they can do me is £73 a month for the new iPhone 17 when @O2 can me the same deal for £57 a month. Loyalty means nothing these days ! 😡

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
