  @EE the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, it seems to be fine for EE to give customers misleading information and when you question it no one knows why & don't want to find out why to tell the customer what went wrong, EE loves to work behind closed doors. Sad

  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

  @Ofcom Not surprised to see @EE having the most complaints. Their customer service is utterly atrocious. BT used to be brilliant; then EE appeared, and it's been horrendous ever since.
