@EE It's been nearly a month since i reported issues with the mobile wifi. Initially told it was due to works in the area, then that the sim might be faulty, then that the hub needs to be fixed. I was THEN told it was working fine even (after being sent back) though it wasn't p1

@EE and 24 hours later (including 90 more minutes on the phone to customer "services" and escalating to management I have a replacement phone, which if EE were any good in the first place would have done after the first failed repair.

@EE I'm currently in the US and have bought the upgrade to be able to use my minutes texts and date over here, currently I cannot call the UK at all saying "service has been restricted" how do I sort this to be able to call UK numbers?

Well, @EE , my partner has had the most awful customer service in your Watford store today. Unhelpful & rude. Didn’t do what they said they would and, I suspect, lied, to get out of helping. Livid. Please can you help? Or do I need to go in and cause a stink??

My @EE 4G internet is down again, making working from home damn near impossible! - every few weeks this is happening and repair estimates always 12-16 hours… can’t say I have the same issue with @VodafoneUK #switchincomming
