@EE I appreciate they might be but I want a working phone! For me and my children and if you can’t provide it you should allow loyal@customers of 10 years!!!! To take their business elsewhere! Not force them to keep contracts with you when you can’t provide the service!

@itsclements @VodafoneUK @EE Vodafone will just blame your phone and APN settings. I’ve been going on at them to be more clearer about their ****** network for nearly 3 years but they do nothing. It’s probably best to leave them

@EE Yes after 23 minutes who basically said that my phone will not work in my home area for most of January (I have 5 phones for family so they will all not work!). This is after not working for most of December and part of November. It is absolutely not good enough!

@mountai11860984 @EE I was at Wembley stadium a few years back, EE sponsors everywhere, I was with them at the time, no signal all the time I was there, absolute dog 💩 network. Changed to Voda, no problems.

@EE 20 mins on hold to talk to you about the fact I’ve had no service for most of the last 3 months in my local area. Having to sit in my car to talk to you 10 Miles from my house. Not a happy customer - at least get the phones answered!

@EE @LivingKayly Me too! We haven’t had proper phone service since the 26th November and no help whatsoever just keep getting told to WIFI call! That’s not what I pay my 5 phone contracts for! And as soon as I leave my house that’s useless anyway!!!

Just moved over to @O2 after @EE cocked up my upgrade. They claimed they couldn't upgrade me because my credit rating wouldn't allow it, despite me never missing a payment and having over $15k available credit on cards and Paypal. ***** lmao
