@EE Upgraded my phone the parcel was sent to DPD with no flat number on it. DPD refused the parcel. Your customer service advisor was not helpful at all. Say nothing can be done until it’s returned . Wouldn’t let me talk to a manager. Such Bad service.

@EE website is awful. Look for upgrade - log in - look for upgrade - log in again - we can't log you in - log in again - look for upgrade. I give up.

Never buy with @EE - 48hrs of calls/left on hold/told incorrect info /visiting stores to finally get them to send a "replacement phone" (@EE refused to send new📱) to a loyal business customer @EE Your call centre service is a disgrace. Our business account will be closed ASAP.
