@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

@EE are an absolute joke can never get a signal unless you go to bottom of your street all these post going up and still nothing yet charge £300 a month for 2 x phones can’t wait until contract ends.

I say this as a happy customer of @EE but every year they fail to learn how to enable a simple transfer of a data account from an existing Apple Watch to a new one. Yet again, not only is this not built into the setup, their operators are not trained and ready to solve this issue.

@EE Which I will now clearly not receive before Monday and I am away. So I have basically paid the pre-order price to get it on the Friday and now ain’t getting it at all. So paying the higher rate for no product. Totally unfair completely misleading at the point of sale and no way to treat a customer with known medical vulnerabilities. I’ve requested call back three times this morning via 150 and got no reply.
