@bt_uk @ee very disappointed with your service so far, just moved into a rental for the first time, am with EE for my phone contract, so ordered BT full fibre through them. Wasn't informed on the phone that it would need an engineer to set up, wasn't until the order went (1)

Lol at @ee sending me a broken used iPhone then replacing it today for the driver to unpack it in front of me god knows why and drop it down the stairs then get pissed when I wouldn’t accept it?
