I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

@EE They’ve been receiving letters saying they owe money from EE. They’ve written back asking for a break down of the outstanding balance and even sent a cheque in despite not knowing why they owe money and then they’ve had letters from arvato (debt collectors)

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet @EE I work freelance & once wrote registered post to CFO of broadband company to say that I would be charging them my hourly rate for any time spent on their mess. I sent them a proforma invoice etc & told them to put me on the approved supplier list. Problem fixed within 48 hrs.
