@EE I’ve just phoned EE and they’ve told me all the servers are down at the moment as I can’t get onto my EE app I’m also waiting on someone to get in touch with me as EE filed a web report and said someone will be in touch with in 24 hours which it is past 24 hours and no word

@EE is there a way of ending a contract early due to your non existent service in my area?? Or you just gonna keep taking my money every month? “MyPlace update: It's taking longer than expected to fix the problem near Home. We will continue to keep you updated”.

@Pastyno1 @EE Worst network ever. It took me 30 minutes on the phone asking them to block my SIM after fraudulent behaviour for them to actually begrudgingly do it. During that time, someone had managed to swap my SIM and access my PayPal.

Signed the wife up to @EE and we've had nothing but issues with billing. Charged twice in one month. No discount applied for the trade in and all you can do is point me to the branch which is traveling to meadowhall from Barnsley. Very frustrating!

@EE can someone at EE sort out my roaming? I have paid the £10 extra to be able to use my minutes abroad. Its not working, and I've called 150 four times now (not free from USA) so it's now costing me more to get this sorted. I just want to be able to ring UK like I've paid for?
