@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

@EE your new app is horrible and very frustrating. I need to gift data to another number on my account. Was doable on the original app (even though it was clunky) at least you could get it done. This ridiculous app doesn’t even give you the option!

@EE Had another nightmare exchange with EE Excutive Customer Relations. They really are very cruel people. No interest in customers. Just bullying people. Managers refuse to get involved or acknowledge any of my emails. It's an abusive situation. Degrading. I hate that they enjoy it.

Dear @ee...well I changes the setting you suggested. The calls still drop out . Last night could barely send a text. Very disappointed been a customer since before you were @ee and more fed up than ever. 😥😥 # fail
