    I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway ๐Ÿคฃ @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. Iโ€™m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever Iโ€™ve dealt with them ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

    @EE hi, Iโ€™m trying to change my direct debit date but not having much luck. I called 150 to but the automated service just set me up a new direct debit ! All I simply want to do is change the date ?

    ยฃ16 added to my bill by @EE .. for trying to call... THEM! And they never even answered! Back to Vodafone come July!

    @EE Hopeless service-spent 32 minutes on phone and no answer. Then I used website to order new eSIM for my new phone and filled all the details, and been told that I will be charged ยฃ1.50 and then I get an email saying that my replacement SIM card will be in the post!

    Why are @EE customer service so bad & don't do as they've said was told a returned galaxy watch was cancelled & a refund was due to arrive. A month later on the phone to EE & they lady didn't cancel it nor was the refund processed. So now 4 months later my bill is again ยฃ74 99

    @EE help EE just got my upgrade phone put the new sim in the new phone and erased the old one but just realised on your website I needed to activate the new sim but canโ€™t without the old phone and canโ€™t make calls and donโ€™t have an alternative phone, and your chat isnโ€™t working

    @RimmerPaul @EE @cadentgashelp Weโ€™ve been fine for over 20yrs - not once and an issue. But two massive **** ups in the process of one lot of family upgrades and Iโ€™m starting to wobble, Iโ€™ll be honest!
