Why is it @EE you’re trying to charge nearly £80 month to upgrade to an iPhone 13 with same crap plan I’m on now? Where as O2 Vodafone three are only charging £50 n under with unlimited everything?

@the_unholy_hand @EE @namredips82 DPD have lost my router. EE won’t cancel the contract or send me another one. Channel Returns says they can’t cancel because I don’t have a product to return. Delivery dispute say I have to to wait a fortnight. Retentions tell me to contact channel returns. And it begins again

My god, the @EE help section is useless. I'm looking to register a 4GEE Wifi portable router to an existing account and tried various searches but nothing like it comes up. 'register 4gee wifi mobile router' = one result: 'How do I use WiFi calling?'
