    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

    @EE We do not it’s FTTP only I think it’s an exchange problem as we have an LOS light on it’s been reported already just need to know if it’s a wider network issue

    @EE hi, I’m trying to change my direct debit date but not having much luck. I called 150 to but the automated service just set me up a new direct debit ! All I simply want to do is change the date ?

    @PolemicTMM @EE Obviously not totally automated but I did use AI to help her. Quick 2 minute query written up in a way that she could understand how to change within the EE app. Sent the output to her and it worked a treat

    @EE This was useless went into a text loop with a diagnostic BOT 😳, I say it’s the actual phones (instruments) are disconnected. BOT says your line is working well what’s the problem I repeat the answer the BOT repeats the question. On and on and on .. help please

    @EE your customer service is a shambles I have been passed from pillar to post on a corporate/small Business account now for over an hour and a half….shambles 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 DONT USE THEM FOR SMALL BUSINESS OR CORPORATE DEALINGS

    Moved into my new house end of March and still no broadband with @EE. Absolutely piss poor. Day 14 of hot spotting off the work phone. Let’s see what the 3rd @WeAreOpenreach visit brings when again, they stand round a socket, headscratching, looking like they’ve been lobotomised.

    @JPMIDB @EE Mines been down since about 10am, phoned em up and apparently I’ve got no data no calls or texts either and I’m on unlimited everything yet I can use Data without WiFi so there’s defo issues lol

    Is it just me or does @EE payment service never seem to work? Every month it’s the same issue and I have to call like it’s 2006 and spend 20 mins just paying my bill!

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.
