@EE so we had a power cut in the SN11 area and what’s most annoying is that it cut the mobile phone signal too. Do your sites not have UPS systems to maintain connectivity?

@EE Thanks, Michael. Perhaps I need to rephrase. Why is the service being binned and mindful that it is I’d like to hear from other #EETV customers to gauge how they feel about it and their plan for moving forward. #EETV has been great. Mainly used for multiple station and service 1/

@EE That's Ok, I am aware that it's a "thing". I just wondered why it was... Shouldn't every sim have the same strength of signal? It gives the impression that you get a premium service on contract, why isn't that clearly stated?

Just signed up for an @EE broadband account. In the confirmation email it says to phone a particular number straight away if there were any problems. When I phone said number I'm a) put in touch with the wrong person and b) told they can't access new accounts for 24 hours.

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE All I’m saying is that EE is fraud I apparently have unlimited data which never works properly can’t even catch a signal not to talk about the fact everything in the house is EE even the internet box yet they don’t care if your a return customer
