@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE your network is rubbish around Shooter’s Hill SE18. I can’t even have a decent conversation with my clients. Calls keep failing even with the wifi calling enable. I’ve been trying to call your support team since this morning 😡😡😡. It’s annoyingz

@EE My 10GB of data just disappeared off my phone. Any chance there has been a system error? Got an 80% usage sms then all gone in less than 5 minutes while on wifi. Pls help

@EE trying to contact EE re a new order from BT best of both. BT unable to help as apparently I'm not with you, unable to contact you as I don't have a mobile number with you! 5 hours today an £19 worth of call charges for your 09015455329 number and still no better off! HELP!!!

@EE after calling EE already and not getting through after 25 minutes, I’ve tried calling again...9 1/2 minutes of listening to clips of music without any response. This is awful!
