@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

@EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@EE WiFi calling is not working in the Winchester area. We’ve missed important calls as a result. Coverage is terrible where we live so WiFi calling is essential.

@EE claims no one gives you 5G in more places… Unless that day is today, they don’t give you 5G, or 4G or 3G, or signal. UK Wide signal problems and bordering 2 hours since I lost connection…

Hey @EE... no Internet service at all in Leeds (4G/3G/2G/potato powered...) and I can't log in to my account on the app or online? Any chance of letting us know what's going on? From a search it looks like I'm not the only one having issues?!
