@EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

This is ridiculous I pay extortionate amounts for my home broadband @EE is telling me they can’t send an engineer until Thursday to fix it. I want a refund for the days I don’t have Wi-Fi.

@EE I’ve tried it takes me to the automated service. The reality is I have a ring camera that relies on your wifi connection, if I did it will be your fault.

@EE What the ***** the problem with your bullshit, over prices, public hotspots today. Can’t keep a consistent connection for more than an hour. Happening over the span do 3 days..why am I paying you money for a service you can’t provide???

@LesMisXennial @EE They said if the problem isn’t fixed in 2 days there’s a basic compensation of I think they said 6 or 9 pounds. We rely on broadband so much in this house

@LesMisXennial @EE 2 days to send a replacement so 2 days without my broadband. If they knew, and had a list of suspect serial numbers why didn’t they send them out to those affected soon as this problem was detected.
