  • Gothchick1977 Andrea Jepson (@Gothchick1977) reported from Inverkeithing, Scotland

@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

  • Gothchick1977 Andrea Jepson (@Gothchick1977) reported from Inverkeithing, Scotland

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

  • RTPeat Richard Peat  (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

  • thesamuraicoach Stuart Rider (@thesamuraicoach) reported from Dunfermline, Scotland

@EE my wife has been having issues with her phone service and no wifi when she is out, been for the 24 hours now, is there an issue with ee currently?

  • Igiveinhelp1 Igiveinhelp (@Igiveinhelp1) reported from Inverkeithing, Scotland

@EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

  • JonStevenson Jon Stevenson (@JonStevenson) reported from Aberdour, Scotland

RIP our eetv service from @EE - the simplest, best value TV box out there. Gold star to the marketing t*****r who thought that was a good idea.

  • StuGib808 Stuart Gibson (@StuGib808) reported

@EE this was the last response from you yesterday at 16:15 ‘That’s great. Just getting your account details up there now and won't be too long.’ Seriously how hard is it to provide some customer service. No one available to answer ? #poor customer service

@chittden @EE Never have any problems with 3

  • skezzas ⓈⓀⒺⓏⓏⒶ (@skezzas) reported

@EE I’ll hazard a guess that the price will increase by £5.90 + vat per month, that 6.8% + 3.9%, if CPI doesn’t come down then that would be an extra £12 per month in 14 months time, I think that when you sign a new contract, there should be no price increases for the first 12 months
