    Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    @EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

    @HastingsDirect The call failed at 59 mins. Poor @EE at our house :( I’ll just hope that the Hastings team can touch base with Hoopers Engineers and ask them to actually get on with authorising Stafford Land Rover to proceed with the works. Hastings told them it was ok to go ahead 2 weeks ago.

    That’s me having to go airplane mode on a train to Bristol, as by 2pm my phone has used 15% of its battery searching for @ThreeUK ‘s elusive mobile coverage. A truly unusable service for 40 quid a month. Won’t be renewing that contract. Back to @EE for sure

    @EE Recently had no choice but to call Canada from UK to cancel bank cards when phone + wallet were stolen. Didn't realise, in my slight panic, the option to get £11 add on for cheaper international mins. Just received £120 bill at £3.42 per min. Talk of insult to injury. (1/2)

    @EE in Florida, contacted you via app last night. This morning app not working (keeps asking for login when going to messages) and still no data either. Can you please cancel & refund the roaming pass that isn’t working and ensure I’m not charged for any roaming usage upto now.

    So trying to call @EE again today on 07953966250 which it says is for 'another provider' other than EE. It isn't. It cuts you off. There's no email either. So who am I supposed to call to contact you about my service? #EE @Ofcom

    @EE how do I report an outage for broadband & mobile in my area? The only thing I can find requires me to have a land-line number and I don't have one.

    @EE my local area RM17 is completely down - can you confirm there is no issue? Coverage checker doesn’t show anything
