    @Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

    @EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

    @EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

    Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    @EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

    So many companies focus on increasing customers without increasing support for customers? An example is @EE who sell hard but service badly. Fault in my area for 6 months and can’t get through to customer service…

    @EE I’ve been cut off 4 times whilst trying to upgrade! each time the customer “helper” tries to give me a better deal than 1st offered but can never match it. Now I’m on hold for over 30mins! This is not what I call customer help! I know the name of the 1st helper. Then help me

    @EE I keep coming across your advert for the iPhone 13 at £34 a month when you trade old phone in. Im trying to find it online but can’t, I may add Iv never found a £34 a month contract from you. Please advise
