@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@MohamedAbdulwa @EE Same here mate I’ve been with EE for 15 years and they won’t match an offer from another network. Orange was amazing in retaining loyal customers but EE is all about profits. I have like 5 phones with them I’ll be moving them all next month

@EE Hi I got a notification a few days ago that there was going to be improvement work going on at a local tower and to expect disruption yeaterday. Speed still down from 20mb normal to 2mb (same post restart). Can you check and see when the work will be completed? BT22 2AD. Ta!

Dear @ee your mobile signal in the Brecon area has been down for well over a week. We may be a rural population but we rely on for your our work and personal communications. When will this be sorted? And how do we claim a refund for the fees we have paid & received no service?

@EE 4GEE wifi mini at my work hasn’t been working all week, we have been using this whilst the o2 mast is down in Leeds city centre and now we have no wifi at all and we require internet connection to be able to actually get anything done, you claim to be Leeds fastest network :(

@EE why over the last year is your service so poor in TQ7 postcode area? I’m not talking about one specific fault but the endless weekly faults/ outages or poor signal events. If your engineers are ‘working to improve the service’ why doesn’t it get better! Serious question?
