  @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

  @EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

  @EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

  Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

  @EE Right. So I load up the My EE app on my phone and it says it is being improved. Try and log on and I have to register again. After several tries it finally accepts me. Go away and come back again and I get no access at all. Some improvement! If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

  @EE For the past half an hour I have been trying to reach customer care, and no one is picking up. Like seriously this is the care you give your customers?? The service should be free by now if this is the case.

  Typical @EE it’s your bill date so you go to pay your bill but the app is down for maintenance & the my ee part of the website is down as well so can’t pay the bill at all 😡

  @EE our wifi is a Huwaei router with an EE SIM card in it. We are experiencing a poor signal today - we’ve tried rebooting etc but nothing is working - any ideas please? Thank you

  @EE I need help! I am currently on holiday in the USA. I bought the roam max pass but neither my phone or my Partners is working and I can’t turn on roaming in my app it won’t let me and I CANNOT call customer service at all I csnt call or text anyone

  @EE hey, contract ends next week - spoken to a member of your team who said if I want to cancel, I have to give 30 days notice, hut I have to wait till contract ends? Is that same if I want to change providers?
