Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

Richard Peat (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

They’d sent an engineer to the new house, even. But I did end up with 5 free months of broadband eventually.

When my contract expires in a few months time and I take my 24 personal and business lines to another network, you will know why
