Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

@EE yet another let down from you. A call from Rachel in the executive team that didn’t really know what she was calling about and told me I’m a domestic customer and I have a password, both wrong. I couldn’t be any more disappointed in you EE.

@EE Hi Rachel I am not bad Thanks Hope you are ok, yes it was because I did not recognize the number and afterthe energy scam in December I don't answer unknown numbers as ex-directory and tps registered, I checked who calls me and who called me they have nothing so I posted Thanks

@O2 @virginmedia Probably be like orange they were great for me good customer service and network but they teamed up called themselves @EE said they would be better than ever. I only give them a year then changed to o2 because unless you lived near major towns and cities they didn't give a ****
