@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

@EE Just tried to watch Man City through the BT app on EE. Bloody awful , lost count of how many times the signal went down. Land a plane , Mr Bacon , EE couldn't land a model aircraft on this evidence. Will be cancelling my 18 month contract tomorrow.18 months of misery!

Also seems to affecting my @tweethue bridge (thinking I’m remote but on same network) and won’t display my DLNA server anymore on VLC. Spend a lot of money (which recently increased by a lot) with @EE, things need to work!
