@EE Morning can you take a look at BN13 area there has been consistent poor signal issues there particularly around the Tesco Extra store with Zero signal, I used to work for EE and will always advocate good coverage, however it's been too long at this p'code

OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

@SeanQui95970135 @grshorwich @EE Right. But it’s national, yet there frontline social teams are downplaying it saying it’s only some customers affected. Some maybe a few thousand in a small area. National suggests the whole network. Which is much more difficult than engineers busting their asses.

@SeanQui95970135 @grshorwich @EE It’s not identical. They have been slow to respond, which means it’s reactive not proactive. A telecommunications company should be alerting customers everywhere to expect service issues so the customer can avert some with contingency plans.
