  @EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

  @EE With respect, your call centres have failed spectacularly to help me in 15-20 attempts. They have put me through to Apple support, BT support, cut me off, not resolved my issue. Why would I call again? You have had a life chances. @Offcom is my last resort.

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for.
