@EE Why is it just for nhs staff am listed as a key worker working in a support living environment with people who have learning disabilities keeping them safe it should be offered to key workers putting there lives on the line too

@EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

@ee My calls arent coming through! I’m receiving messages saying I’ve got a missed call, however no calls are coming through. No one can hear me! My reception keep dropping - I’m paying £70 a month for AWFUL service. I complained back In june 2020 about the service too!!

Anyone else has an issue during @EE plan/handset upgrade that they keep you on both plans (and presumably double charge) during the transition? I thought an upgrade would cancel the previous @EE contract.
