    @EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

    @EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

    @EE Why is it just for nhs staff am listed as a key worker working in a support living environment with people who have learning disabilities keeping them safe it should be offered to key workers putting there lives on the line too

    @EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

    @bt_uk Only get a paltry 22mbps (intermittent) home broadband with no plans for @BT_Openreach to upgrade infrastructure. I get approx 70mbps on my @EE mobile, time for you to offer mobile Internet if the fixed-line is slow and unreliable, especially as BT/EE is the same company.

    Hi @ee ordered 2 upgrades, do you no longer send any DPD info re deliveries? One arrived with no prior warning so missed it, the second I’ve had no communication either. Poor 👎

    @EE worst customer service experience ever. 5 phone calls, 3 forms filled out by EE, no response and no Xbox Black Friday deal, that I was promised when upgrading in nov.
