    @EE Morning can you take a look at BN13 area there has been consistent poor signal issues there particularly around the Tesco Extra store with Zero signal, I used to work for EE and will always advocate good coverage, however it's been too long at this p'code

    OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

    @TalkTalk, worst customer service experience ever experienced. Hugely regretting switching from @EE who had first class customer service. @TalkTalk customer services and tech support just don't appear to care, at least those whom I have dealt with. Brutal experience overall.

    @EE my gf has been trying to upgrade her mobile contract & is having issues with a 20% discount code, someone tried to call her but she couldnt take the call, she got an email asking when was the best time to call & she responded, that was the 21st October & hasnt heard anything

    @KathRella @VModifiedMind @EE The landing plane thing is especially ridiculous. There’s no way that happened without regular air traffic control as backup. Plus the speed of the link is largely irrelevant if it doesn’t also have solid failover and an SLA to get the service back again quickly when it breaks

    @EE Hi. I have just tried again on a different browser (same problem on Chrome and Edge) and it just says "something goes wrong... Our fault, not yours. Please call us...." which kinda defeats the object of why I'm doing it online. Is it my land-line number you need for my account?
