  @EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

  @EE on my 40min train journey from central London to kent just now, i had data availability for about 10mins in total. As an EE customer, your 4G/5G data coverage is utterly atrocious.

  @MarkyTalk @EE Pretty much same m8 I been with them for over 20 years and feel deals are getting crap plus now the way they split payment between plans and device is terrible as shows on credit rating as a new loan impacting credit score

  @EE I’ve spent several hours on the phone to various people to ensure more equipment didn’t get sent. At 11.47 I was assured none would be sent. At 13.17 got a text to say it had been sent. The “best possible solution” is actually listening to customers. Complaints address please.
