    And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

    @EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

    @EE Every single week it goes off without fail. Sometimes it’s for an hour or so, others it’s days. Paying good money for a service that doesn’t work properly. Disgusting.

    @EE Hello, I upgraded my Apple Watch from a series 4 to a 6 and it’s still shows the 4 on my account / app. It’s nots a major issue just an annoyance.

    @EE Had a few issues incessantly 2/3 weeks ago. Continuously having to sign in again on wifi on phones and switch tv off and on. Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

    @EE Hi Stacey hope you're good too my phone constantly has very little than one bar of signal most of the time calls constantly dropping after a few minutes mobile data rarely connects my S21 handset has had network settings refreshed sim replaced now in for inspection on 05/07/22

    @EE can anyone explain to me why my signal has been getting less and less functional over the last week? I've had two instances of all signal dropping out today and I'm really not impressed. I go abroad on Friday and really can't be without a phone signal then.

    Hey @EE been trying to contact you for 2days now. Requested call back 24hrs ago. Still waiting. Spent over 30mins on hold today,cut off twice.cant self serve on line, text service useless.Not good service.
