@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

  • dreadedwhisky Guy Rushworth (@dreadedwhisky) reported from York, England

@EE There’s a distinct possibility that I’ll be switching services in the imminent future. The help from @virginmedia has been laughable. However, having spent £10 to top up the EE SIM card and then finding out I can’t contact your customer support because it costs 25p extra is rich.

Do you have a link for Live Chat? I need to talk to someone about a payment issue @EE

  • KrystalChampers Daytona, Jackie Daytona (@KrystalChampers) reported from York, England

@EE Every single week it goes off without fail. Sometimes it’s for an hour or so, others it’s days. Paying good money for a service that doesn’t work properly. Disgusting.

  • MillsySarah Sarah Mills (@MillsySarah) reported from Appleton Roebuck, England

@EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

  • yorkiesteve Steve Saunders (@yorkiesteve) reported from Dunnington, England

@EE why is the signal so bad in Dunnington, York. I keep getting cut off on calls. We were told you had improved the signal.

  • borristhepanda Borris the Panda (@borristhepanda) reported

@MarcAllera @EE Out of interest, what counts as a customer on your 5G network? A customer on a 5G capable tariff? A customer who has ever connected to your 5G network?

  • BarbaraRead60 Barbara Read (@BarbaraRead60) reported

@richardmadden @EE The answer to your question is, sadly, "no". The people taking your call don't have the slightest interest if you take your business elsewhere. That's my experience with any of the network providers, electricity companies etc etc.

  • martinald Martin Alderson (@martinald) reported

@MarcAllera @EE you'd have more if your customer service staff could actually provision 5G plans properly! two attempts have failed and now have to wait a month to try again at the next billing date :(
