    @EE There’s a distinct possibility that I’ll be switching services in the imminent future. The help from @virginmedia has been laughable. However, having spent £10 to top up the EE SIM card and then finding out I can’t contact your customer support because it costs 25p extra is rich.

    @EE Hi, got a text earlier 'from you' saying you'd updated some of my network settings & I need to restart my phone. All straight forward but I'm just making sure this is legit before I do it, there was no further info to explain what had changed.

    @DPD_UK @EE phone due to be delivered, received a message saying unable to be delivered as no-one home. No card, no-one triggered my CCTV, no-one pressed video doorbell, photo on Dpd website not my house. Not happy, want to cancel under cooling off rules. Contact me please

    @EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

    @EE Had a few issues incessantly 2/3 weeks ago. Continuously having to sign in again on wifi on phones and switch tv off and on. Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

    @EE Hello, I upgraded my Apple Watch from a series 4 to a 6 and it’s still shows the 4 on my account / app. It’s nots a major issue just an annoyance.

    @EE are the worst broadband providers ever. Every wk our internet goes off. It was off Saturday to Monday & now it’s just gone off again. WTF?!!!

    @EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

    @virginmedia It’s intermittent. Spoke with your team. they’ve basically given me the middle finger. Combined with shoddy work for my recent install it’s rage inducing. I pay for a service all the time not now and then. Was about to switch my mobile to you. At least have my @EE mobile data.

    @virginmedia Yeah The s**t new Virgin media hub is awful! My MacBook drops WiFi, if not that the Windows pc drops WiFi during a show, I mean #WTF is it so inconsistent for the very expensive price customers pay?! Maybe @EE & BT might be the better choice.

    @captaintsu @EE They provide the phone and data + unlimited calls and texts using O2s infrastructure (so whatever signal you have if you're on O2 you will have the same with Tesco) as they rent towers from o2.
