Finally got my #iPhone12Pro today, who else got theirs? Great service from @EE once again too 😬📱

  • KatieConyard Katie Conyard (@KatieConyard) reported from March, England

@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

  • CrazyCarneys Amy Carney (@CrazyCarneys) reported from Littleport, England

@EE just on phone to your guys blamed everything on me yet I’ve had issues since November! Been with you 5 years bug I’m now thinking of moving!

  • kevtaylor14 Kevin taylor (@kevtaylor14) reported from Saint Ives, England

    @EE Says it’s busy :( never mind. Already missed 5 goals. 💔

  • Mattfox24 🦊Matthew Fox🦊 (@Mattfox24) reported from Saint Ives, England

@EE Just tried ringing@EE can't get through. Absolutely brilliant. Paying nearly £80 a month for having a poor signal nearly most of the time. Not happy

  • HBeats4JessieJ Jason #MUFC ⚽️🔴🇾🇪 (@HBeats4JessieJ) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

How come the @EE signal right now is shockingly bad?

  • rifaterdemsahin 🦄 Erdem 🦄 (@rifaterdemsahin) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@EE Called the support and kept the same unlimited plan. As he mentioned without a change the plan would repeat

  • FrontSeatPhil Phil Huff (@FrontSeatPhil) reported from Brampton, England

@packlam73 @O2 @EE That's not how that works (speaking as an ex-network guy who worked on building the EE née T-Mobile / Orange 4G network.) Also, EE were the only bidder ;-)

  • nleaney Nigel Leaney (@nleaney) reported from Willingham, England

@UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

  • paulworth Paul Worth (@paulworth) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@EE great work guys. Advertise an offer that closes at midnight tonight, then start a pre-planned maintenance outage at 2200. That’s quite a few sales scuppered I’ll wager.

  • HBeats4JessieJ Jason #ThankYouNHS (@HBeats4JessieJ) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

Why is my phone signal on @EE always so poor? Can only get 2 bars and it’s making the battery drain much quicker too

  • CrazyCarneys Amy Carney (@CrazyCarneys) reported from Littleport, England

So we’ve been with @EE for nearly 6 years since moving into Littleport near #ely it’s been crap, who would people suggest as contract up in March?

  • Liam_safe_hands Munty (@Liam_safe_hands) reported from Cottenham, England

Great so @EE are putting my price plan up yet again, but cant even provide me with a 4G signal. Can't wait for my contract to run out.

  • CrazyCarneys Amy Carney (@CrazyCarneys) reported from Littleport, England

We are leaving @EE even though their staff member Scarlett has been amazing their broadband is rubbish nothing but issues since November!!

  • daryl_dickenson Daryl 🏳️‍🌈🇬🇧 (@daryl_dickenson) reported from Wimblington, England

Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

  • ScottWestron Scott Westron (@ScottWestron) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

  • StevePeckandson Phill Peck (@StevePeckandson) reported from Somersham, England

@EE is there a way I can get in touch with customer services if I don’t know the account phone number. I havnt pod my bill because I’d like to cancel the contract that is no longer use shut impossible to speak to someone

  • m1geo George Smart, M1GEO (@m1geo) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@Lewis_1867 @EE Not yet! Still trying to convince @EE that I'm me. They seem to think I'm going about reporting issues with other people's Internet in my free time! 🙄

  • nleaney Nigel Leaney (@nleaney) reported from Willingham, England

@JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

  • Charliehawco Charlie 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Charliehawco) reported from Huntingdon, England

@katierose147 @Dannny_K @EE Sorry, what I meant was I'd have wanted to get them downloaded off the phone before I went through with it; sorry I wasn't trying to be rude :/

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • NateJB_ Nate (@NateJB_) reported

@EE I would hate for all this investment in customer service to then out source customer service reps to ROI or elsewhere. If you charge this all the related jobs should be i the UK

  • Invyism Invy (@Invyism) reported

@EE @GNU_Dinux So why did ee say at the end of 2020 that you would not reintroduce roaming charges in the EU? CAn't help but feel you're a bunch of lying spivs so I'll be roaming to a different network as soon as I'm out of contract with ee.

  • 104highst The Aristologist (@104highst) reported

As an @EE customer (I’m guessing others may feel the same) when we can finally travel abroad again the suggestion today that you want to reintroduce European roaming charges for whatever reason (greed I suspect)will leave me looking for another provider. #justacustomer

  • morvenplace Yorkie Vet (@morvenplace) reported

@EE Only apply to those who choose to roam!!! Most people these days on holiday, or travelling, use social media. We are more dependent on our phones than ever. Adding a roaming cost, however little, is a stealth increase in price. Poor reasoning by yourselves

  • ffsmonty Ridgers (@ffsmonty) reported

@EE And if the charge is so reasonably small to such a small subset of users, how can it begin to cover the amounts presumably needed for ‘network investment’?

  • NateJB_ Nate (@NateJB_) reported

@EE So its gone from free to 14£ for a one week trip keep in mind most EE customers (sim only) pay roughly 20£ a month. EE provide service in europe already so the infrastructure is in place. EE are already "award winning" so infrastructure is in place so why charge more?

  • andreinavaldez0 Andreina Valdez (@andreinavaldez0) reported

@EE hi I need to request a standard disconnection from abroad. I had a family’s emergency and I am staying indefinitely in Spain. My contract is over. What can I do?

  • TheBig_Bakes The Big Bakes (@TheBig_Bakes) reported

@EE We will be leaving your network due to your very poor decision on roaming charges.

  • djjordan23uk DJ Jordan (@djjordan23uk) reported

@EE Thanks Ashleigh, so as an existing customer who is not ‘Upgrading’ it will stay free?

  • Phoenixrahman Phoenix Rahman (@Phoenixrahman) reported

@EE @bryonydixon It’s funny you say that you guys are “investing into our leading customer service” and yet go do the one thing that goes opposite of that statement. Break your promise. That is no way to be a “leading customer service”.
