    @virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

    @EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

    @EE your members site seems very broken! Desktop and also the app! Just tried to upgrade and it’s taken me 3 hours and then a get an error message at the end! This is the 3rd attempt in 2 weeks! Not sure you want me to upgrade!

    After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

    I bought a sim online on Friday, paid £20 for a 30GB data pack, and gave my PAC Code. The sim has arrived, my number hasn’t transferred and I have £0 credit?? I need HELP ASAP and you cannot contact anyone at EE? How’s this even possible?? @EE @EEHelpdesk

    @MarcAllera @Qualcomm_EU @EE Within 10 minutes of being with EE I’ve realised how appalling your service is. 15 minutes on hold twice and still nobody can answer the phone. Beyond a joke!!

    @EE I arrived back yesterday, no switching was occurring. I had perfect 4G signal, but errors everywhere indicating neither of my sims were being recognised by EE kit.

    @EE My home Internet (fibre optic) has been barely working for months and I can't seem to get any help from EE. I don't want to complain over social media but I really need some help getting resolved.
