After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

@EE Why is it that for the last week, I can only use my phone in the late evenings? Hardly any ( usually zero ) usage is possible during the day? HU17 area. Mast problems?? Sending this message at 22.03 Thursday 20th November. Couldn't get any WiFi all day again. £11.50/MTH !!!!

@EE Since a tree took out phone lines in our area during Storm Claudia, our broadband service keeps dropping down to barely anything. Are there still issues in the CW12 area that someone needs to look at? We have never had any issues before.

@EE Unfortunately I’ve found customer service to be dismissive and unhelpful. EE told me to contact Netflix and couldn’t even provide me with a number to help me do so. I alerted you that I’d been a victim of a scam - and you just left me to deal with it. Appalling.
