    Customer support from @EE is always ๐Ÿ‘ŒIโ€™ve called them a few times over the years and theyโ€™ve always gone over and above to sort my problem. I wouldnโ€™t ever use another provider! #creditwhereitsdue #greatcustomerservice

    @EE This is fantastic and greatly received by all nhs staff. Just one small thing, got my code and followed instructions but it replied saying it was invalid. Sent email to appropriate email address but not had response. Help please. ๐Ÿ™

    @EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about ยฃ90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

    @EE is your website got problems at the moment. Every time I go on to add to my plan I keep getting the same items up. It says 77 more items but only about 7 are showing and went you click more it just repeats the same items.

    @ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

    @EE Told I couldnโ€™t have it, then when trying to upgrade told Iโ€™d have to find my own upgrade online as I wanted to try and reduce my bill. Not helpful and never easy

    @EE what's up with network in SK142SP area ? Says 5 g on my device but I've only just got one bar signal and it's so slow , my device and cookies/cache etc are all clean by the way .

    @omotforest I've just signed up, when @ee sold their broadband to the ***** at @BT I felt I should just continue the service but then despite being a customer for 8 years they did a hard credit check which ****** my credit score for a year. So cheerio ********.

    @EE Nah, Iโ€™m fed up talking to your teams. Iโ€™ve spent something like 6-8 hours either in store or using your online support to get a device returned while you steal my money. I should start charging you.

    @Hepworthclare @EE Does any major company have good customer service? They all seem to be absolutely useless and not care about their customers. All the websites now have an AI bot that absolutely pointless but needs dealing with before speaking to a human. Itโ€™s just so frustrating and stressful.

    @EE Can I raise a formal complaint on this matter and arrange a refund. I have tried several numbers. Nobody is interested in helping unless it relates to a phone issue. It has now been 6 working days with no information, with a promised 1-3 working day delivery.

    @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. Weโ€™ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโ€™ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.
