My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Whenever I renew a contract they read me info about the landline being internet-based, & ask if I have a mobile should I need emergency services if the landline is unavailable. This is NOT progress.

I am absolutely raging that a 90 year old has had her phone line chopped (a number she’s had for oh, 60 years). And the customer service are not great

There's definitely an app issue, it asked for approval in banking app which was done and then top up approved and then nothing happened. Balance didn't change and money didn't leave bank, unfortunately didn't manage to get a screenshot
