1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

If you live in the North of Ireland and are considering joining @EE , don’t bother your arse. Outside of Belfast anywhere their signal is ******* awful. Complaint after complaint and nothings changes.

@EE I can’t get through to any sort of customer support and my phone that was supposed to arrive in 48 working hours still has no tracking info, I haven’t received a single text. Can you tell me when it will be dispatched? Or who I can contact? I need a working phone.
