@EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

@EE Problem resolved without me actually talking to your colleagues. I started to make a call and was told that because I hadn't used the mobile for long period service had been suspended. All I had to do was to press 1 and back to normal, including giving my credit balance 👍

@EE For two days I have wanted to check the balance on my Pay as you go mobile and/top up my credit. Texting 150 on handset is not working. Online said sorry that you could not meet my request and try again later.

@LeedsInShetland @EE I've just done a Vodafone 4g speed test no vpn to bressay mast, nearly full signal, download is 15-18 was 40+. Upload was 30-40 now 3. Something ain't right

@EE Hi Michael, thanks for your reply. DPD said that the sender needed to contact them so I emailed Levi's customer services yesterday morning and I'm waiting to hear back. I returned the iphone package to the parcel shop and they said they'd be contacting DPD, so hopefully your 1/2
