    @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @EE I have to reset my network settings once a day with you guys. It’s not ideal at all.

    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

    If anyone is trying to ring me, for some reason my phone number is down, and for almost a week now no one at @EE seems to know how to fix it. Why must I always be plagued with phone issues no matter what network I’m on, it’s a total joke

    @EE is your internet down in Lancaster? My wifi has knocked off about 10 minutes ago, turned on and off and still nothing - several times. Any idea when service will be back, if you have gone down?

    @EE tell me to go online to upgrade my account they're closing, as their telephone support is overwhelmed. After an hour wasted online, told to go back to unavailable phone support, and no, they can't send email confirmation of the offer they've given me as they don't have email

    @EE are absolute jokes. I was meant to receive an upgrade Thursday and still haven’t and now there saying I can’t cancel my upgrade until they receive the upgrade back. Someone wasted a day waiting on for this only to not receive it
