@EE Is it possible to get hold of a SIM without buying a plan so that I can check coverage at my location? Despite being in a built-up area on the outskirts of a large town (Aylesbury) coverage on most networks is poor or non-existent regardless of what the coverage maps may say.

@EE trade-in upgrade 2 weeks ago, didn’t receive the trade-in box/bag to send old phone. A week ago I contacted customer services online, and still nothing. Just went in store to ask and received the worst customer experience and not being able to help
