    @EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

    @EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

    @EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

    Cannot wait till my contract with @O2 finishes in January, signal is terrible. I used to get great signal where I live but not anymore. Going back to @EE as soon as I can

    @EE Well that's terrible! Wasn't there a law preventing your from doing that? You're charging me for something I have already paid for. Right now I'm thinking EE as that's completely immoral.

    @EE I have had problems with data gifting because the option doesn't appear. This has gone on for months and I have to call your technical helpline to transfer data to my son. Are there any fixes to the app, because this is a real pain!

    @JennieeBCUstn @EE you could cancel the contract and go elsewhere, or get them to deliver it to your house, and make sure that they do not charge you for the days that you have missed.

    @EE No thanks I’d rather be with a network that doesn’t charge for roaming in the EU… also you are owned by BT so that’s an another reason I wouldn’t be with you lot.

    Upgraded my phone plan and now my SIM card doesn't work so tomorrow morning, when I was hoping a solicitor would call and help me out, I will have no phone. Thanks @EE . You idiots. I have about 24 hours to get something sorted and you've royally screwed it up. Yay that's cool
