    @EE fantastic network,works fine in portugal ,2 miles from my house in the local pub no network ,cant wait to escape.from this service.

    @EE @EE so Christmas done and back to work and guess what still no 4G signal. Time to move to another provider I think. Only been a month - looks like top level incompetence - either that or they just don’t care?

    @EE Is there any chance of you attempting to sort my sons phone or will he just hand it back and go to another network? Almost a week with a phone saying "no sim" despite it being in! And no rely from you!

    @EE I am not sure if this helps, but I have had the same issue on multiple occasions over the course of the past few weeks. It appears to be limited to the "Pay monthly" tab, with "Customer service" and "Technical support" also being affected in addition to "Join EE".

    @EE Hi. I was wondering if I could receive some support with my monthly payments. I have tried to set up a direct debit using my online account. However, for the past two months I have needed to pay the bill online myself. How can I change this please? Many thanks.

    I think @EE have been hacked or sold their customer details to someone dodgy. Haven’t had an EE account for years but have received an email and now a text saying that they can’t verify my billing details and to click on the link/go to EE to avoid a block on the account.

    Added a third line to my @EE contract earlier this week for one of our kids. Phone arrived on Wednesday and still isn't working. Fair to say the customer experience hasn't met expectations. Assuming there are cooling off periods for issues like this.
