@EE Why can I not access My EE, it says it is unavailable when I try and login. Also, the Live Chat appears to be offline although it says it's available until 11pm.

@EE I've spoken to you about the international roaming, which is a bad & unreliable service. My primary issue is with the way you automatically roll-over data. It's not a great service. It's exploitative. I'm not going to DM you. What little bad press this generates you deserve.

@EE That was the problem - I couldn’t top up. 150, the website and the other phone numbers published didn’t recognise the number printed on the SIM packaging as being a valid number…
