@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

@EE Yeah I’ve DM’d EE so you can keep the conversation out of the public eye . Loads of promises to sort the issue but they have zero intention of actually fixing the problem .

@MarcAllera @EE What is truly astonishing to me is knowing @MarcAllera appears to be uninterested in the way his staff treat disabled people and also seemingly uninterested in laws and legal duties that are ignored by his staff.
