@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE Customer service @Meadowhall Sheffield branch is very disappointing. 5 staff in the back - even after waiting 15 mins they’re taking their breaks when they come out .manager was very rude. At time when shops r struggling for foot fall Iam shocked that EE think this is acceptable

@EE hi, why am I constantly getting text messages from EE about an outage in my area that lasts 3-4 days then another one saying it’s back up then shortly after another saying there’s another issue?!

@EE could you please explain why 4 phones in my house on your network have no signal or very little signal. Even when we have a little signal our phones say "emergency calls only". Just lost 1.5 hours of my life, and fankly the will to live, on a support chat which was no help!!!

@EE really, really poor service. Ordered a phone on 18 Aug + sim card. SIM card arrived in 24 hours. Phone has disappeared in the system. Order tracker doesn't work. Over an hour on the phone repeating details last week & I was told it'd been shipped with @DPD_UK. Still no phone.
