@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

@EE On the phone to customer services promised me a new product go into store they will give you a new one only to come away with a 2yr contract from the store . Not acceptable with a faulty product

@EE Thanks! I pre ordered the IPhone 13 Pro Max 128GB Sierra Blue on Wednesday over the phone as an upgrade. As it was over the phone I never received any emails or anything so an idea of delivery date would be great :)

@EE Yes he tried to contact EE through the chat but you would not help him because off security he could not make any calls or receive any. He had to borrow a family members phone too ring through to customer service. To be honest terrible service!

@the_welder_p32 @EE This is why I had to leave EE, no point having a phone you use at work "OR NOT" when their mast is constantly down. Be careful if you move to another provider, they'll lock your phone to them and blame everyone else for your phone being made redundant.

@EE Hello, I just checked that I was charged £109.61 on 15th Sep. On looking into the billing info, found out that £57.67 charges are for the call on 09037271295. I don't know this number and I did not call on it. Can you please help me to understand how this has happened?
