@EE Two chats and I can go to a different site and get cheaper off the shelf. In fact my current deal is more expensive than new deals with 5G and more data. I’m already on a bad deal. My 24 months are up so standard upgrade.

@EE Hi Chris, Yes it was a store I went to yesterday, and apparently there was a system issue so I couldn’t book in a repair or get a replacement phone. Someone was supposed to contact me when things were back up and running, but no-one has called. My phone has since worsened.

@EE I never heard so much crap a certain other network are currently offering 200gb for £47 on iPhone 13pro you showers want £50 after I’ve traded a phone in your pricing is ridiculous and coverage is atrocious I’m South Wales I struggle to get any g never mind 4g
