    Word of warning !!!! Just had scam text message saying problem with processing bill supposedly from @EE Rang them on 150 ( not the number on text message ) Problem sorted Thank you

    @EE fantastic network,works fine in portugal ,2 miles from my house in the local pub no network ,cant wait to escape.from this service.

    @EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

    @EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

    @EE my home broadband has frozen and dropped out 5-6 times today between 10am and 3pm, this has never happened before. Any explanation? I’m involved in a large online conference today and tomorrow and really need my connection to be stable

    @EE you lot are ******* ****. How can you close a customers account by accident & not fix the problem after 5+ days? I don’t recommend EE to anyone lol

    Why do @EE ring you up to offer you a product, confirm it’s in stock and will be definitely delivered tomorrow. Then send an email 5 minutes later saying out of stock. Then help desk confirm there is no stock and don’t know when will be in stock or delivered??

    Been with @O2 for 3 days and cancelling my contract. Service in Cardiff is woeful. I’m 7 stories up in a city and there’s next to no signal hahaha terrible!!! Back to @EE.

    @lukegb @EE @UbigiOfficial Annoyingly there was no mention of compatibility issues at the time of purchase but noticed landing pages have been revised since. Do you mean stock as in Android running on my Pixel versus the Samsung modified version? Just wondering where the 'issue' lies...
