    @EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

    @EE On the phone to customer services promised me a new product go into store they will give you a new one only to come away with a 2yr contract from the store . Not acceptable with a faulty product

    Word of warning !!!! Just had scam text message saying problem with processing bill supposedly from @EE Rang them on 150 ( not the number on text message ) Problem sorted Thank you

    @EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

    @EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

    @EE @M_Davieswrites You say it’s because you have a growing network, if you’re networks growing then it could be assumed you have more customers and more income into the business. We have been told now to ask for pay rises this year because it will fuel inflation yet we have a multi million (2/3)

    @EE They said the dongle would work if her phone had no signal…. It uses the same signal as her phone!!

    @EE @M_Davieswrites Re introducing roaming charges I could just about deal with but to increase by 9% is mental. Are you trying make inflation spiral out of control? Why you would do it is beyond me, you have made record profits and you try and make out like its for the customer. You say your (1/2)

    @EE received letter telling me an ipad expired in 2016 due to renew. Despite numerous calls to upgrade phones and WiFi over these years, this device never mentioned.Nice ******* phone offered me a 3-month refund as an offer of good will! I don't think so !! Waiting on callback.

    @OpenreachHelp @EE Shocking excuse for mast outage Port Eynon"gate to field was locked" FFS IT'S BEEN OVER 6 WEEKS NO SERVICE My 88 yr old mother cant be contacted or make 999 calls The village's elderly vulnerable community are being left AT RISK by you. Get it fixed!#shameonyou

    @EE Putting up prices by a whopping 9% when there is a cost of living crisis happening is really not the way to hang onto loyal customers. I can't imagine I'll be the only one counting the days until my contract ends so I can move provider, and I've been with EE for years.
