@EE On the phone to customer services promised me a new product go into store they will give you a new one only to come away with a 2yr contract from the store . Not acceptable with a faulty product

@EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE You can’t help, as per original message it Has to be done over the phone and no matter when I call you’re always too busy to answer. Customer service basics is hire enough staff to answer the phones

@EE Thanks, it's more of an FYI, I tried to buy on a MacBook, a Windows PC and Laptop and on my Phone. I've given uo now purchased elsewhere. But maybe it's worth telling your IT dept thats there's broken links when trying to buy a S22 Ultra.

@EE As one of the UK's leading #communication companies I feel zero communication from EE is rediculous and not being able to speak to the actual team dealing with the situation is a joke. Your sales advisors on 150 clearly are not the people to speak to as yes again they cant help
