@EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@ee how ridiculous supposed best moblie network yet for 4 years we have had the same transmitter that fails most weeks if not weekly yet excuse after excuse access problems power problems just admit you have failed to keep up to your terms of acceptable service #yournotnumber1

Had no signal all afternoon thanks @EE Couldn’t even make a simple phone call. And your increasing the price of everyone’s contract by a ridiculous amount for what? 14.4% Sort it out or I’m leaving.
