@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE why does it take so long for you to answer the phone? 4 times I’ve tried to call today, each time I’ve held in a queue for 40mins or more. Your customers pay your wages. I need to cancel an order after tech issue but can’t!!!!!!🤬

@CConceptCreator @LoverOfTechBA @EE It's still learning usage patterns. Samsung phones are awful battery life when that's happening. I nearly sent my note 20 ultra back b3cause of how poor it was. That's sort of usage time with the AI running is pretty good going

@EE wtf is wrong with your website??? Its embarrassing 🙈 the mobile app and browser are actually shocking!!! Trying to upgrade, browser won't even log me in, just says 'you've successfully logged out' the app can't do anything!!!!
