@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

@JordanRichmond @EE I left yesterday. Was paying £35 for hardly anything on two sims. Got offered £17 deal to stay. Found a new sim company that’s on ee network for £12 (£6 for 3 months) with free eu roaming etc. they offered me another deal after they sent the pac codes.

Hey @EE as your chat support doesn’t work, want to help me out? 3 complaints, an invalid contract and cutting off my signal without telling me I have a bill….not a great look. Don’t think BT merger was a good thing.
