@EE I have been trying since February to close my account with you and I am STILL being charged. Every month I have had the same phone call that there was miscommunication on your end and that the account will shut down. Its now June and I am told the account is in arrears 1/2

@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

@EE There’s no internet data in #Aberdeen too. What’s going on?! I had to call @AppleSupport to find out whether it’s an Iphone issue or not. Did my network settings reset and it was fine for a moment until I didn’t turn airplane mode just to double check and now it’s gone. WTF 🤡🤡

@EE @EE we are unable to connect to any mobile network here in Canada. Rogers - No access Freedom - No access Telus - connects at times but then said emergency calls only. Bell - can't connect. It was working OK till about 3 hrs ago. Any known issues with roaming services ?

I was considering switching from @EE anyway due to service and signal being SHOCKING for the last few months even after upping my contract mid term to £84 a month but today has taken the piss. No data for majority of the day and not so much as a text to explain why. Dogshit 💩.
