@EE Hi, i was attending to other commitments . The phone never works when I actually need it. Eg stuck lost in Glasgow, and when down town trying to phone my disabled son.

So today was going to be new @Apple iPhone 13 day but going from a physical to an eSim has left me without a working phone, I have to go to an EE store to get the problem sorted. Well done @EE just wasted 5 hours sorting it. Now I have no phone, I rely it for work! #Useless

@lodeslan @EE We have found EE to be brilliant with customer service. Saying that I very rarely have issues with their service,so haven't had to contact them recently.
