    @EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

    @EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

    @EE morning, the area I live has 1bar signal and making calls is difficult. Recently I had to phone the dr and they couldn’t hear me properly due to the poor signal. So19 area

    Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

    @EE I read this morning that you plan to introduce roaming charges again, when other carriers simply put a cap on data uses before a charge is taken. Why have you chosen to go down this route? Been with #EE for 13 years, maybe it's time for a change.

    @EE hey, I see that you are restoring roaming charges. If that is the case I will just use a network that doesn't charge when I do go abroad. You'll not get an email extra penny from me

    @AnnaJerzewska @petersketch @EE Introducing these extra charges is a fundamental change in the terms, which would give you the option of terminating the contract. That's why it's only on new contracts and upgrades. The problem is, where to go?

    @EE @MagicBoyUK They are huge charges. £2 per day is unjustified. Now I like EE and am a customer and don’t travel too much. But I’ll be sure to use another network when abroad. O2 seem reasonable
