So I looked only on your site and it said I wasn’t eligible till the 17th of this month but my wife’s contract runout a month later with 02 and they have offered her one now

Except customers are waiting for the outcome so why do they need to chase?!

We did have teething issues when we originally installed so wouldn't want a repeat and are confused as to why it even comes up...

Jason Cleary (@jays360) reported@harryt84 @EE I had this issue on IPhone. Press volume up, then volume down then hold power button on phone until Apple logo appears, this restarts your phone it resolved my issue. Hope this helps you too 🤞🏻

Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.
