DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. It is very obvious what the fault is with my service: the hub is faulty - and constantly badgering on about channels etc is an insult. Anyone had luck before or am I forced to go complaints?

The newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline still doesn't work. Told you'll need to order landline again, awaiting further call Mon, Aug 10th. Appalling service!
