DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Jenny (@JennyB311) reportedMy 96 year old gran who is more or less deaf and never wears her hearing aids has somehow got a voicemail service added to her phone by @BT @EE and now can’t get to it fast enough to answer it. My father phoned to cancel it and was told it’s cancelled but it’ll stay on her phone for a month. This is a very vulnerable elderly woman that has no requirement for voicemail. This should never have been added in the first place and it needs to be removed immediately! I wonder if someone got commission for setting this up?

Why couldn't you just migrate user accounts to the newer profiles instead of causing issues? Technology is great if you use it properly.

Hear at ee if you don’t get any coverage in your house and other people it fine to them wi fi calling should do the job what if u don’t have wi fi then u just don’t get signal and can’t get online no matter if you pay contract
