    Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

    @EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

    @EE You said that last time. Still crap. No engineer as promised. No apology. I want a refund for the pain you’ve put me through the last 3/4 months. I’ve paid you in good faith and you’ve failed to deliver. I won’t DM as you request as I want everyone else to see how awful you are.

    @EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

    @Dawsy16 @EE Yeah it's bullshit. Like alot of companies,unless you come in as a new customer, you'll have to threaten to leave, then they'll throw all the offers at you.

    Hi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? £ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that won’t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

    @EE we are having problems sorting out a supposed unpaid bill of my daughters, and are being batted 🏏from one dept to another with no resolution....Can anyone take ownership of this and help get it sorted ???? It’s really worrying her.

    @AJMSomers @VodafoneUK I had the same issue in my work postcode for 5months and they did nothing but give me empty promises. They offered me compensation once the problem was solved. I don't even work there anymore and I'm yet to see any compensation. @EE you still treat your customers like this?

    @EE what is going on with the app. I have tried to sign in for several days have had to change my password numerous times even tried to register again but I cannot access my account. If I go thru a browser no problem but thru the app it’s impossible

    @EE Long story short I contacted live chat last week as I was switching banks & my DD did not go through. I was told that as long as I paid this Thursday I would not be cut off. Despite this I had no service as of today when I arrived at hospital to be with a sick relative.

    @EE poor service. Upgraded my phone this morning and was quoted £30 up front cost. Just had a call to tell me it was an error and the update front cost was actually £180! Order cancelled!!

    @EE When I contacted Live Chat today you can see a supervisor admitted that I had been lied to last week & there was nothing they could do to restore my service as the collections team are only on phone but I would have to download Skype to ring them because I'd been wrongly cut off!

    @EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

    @RustyTheSnowman @EE My account was disabled and It was unbearable for me after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done until I came across @Quick_restore and he fixed my account completely
