My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE Hi @EE after 6 calls, a complaint, a request to disconnect the line so that I can go to a competitor who would offer me a discount because as a local authority employee. Your company finally got their act together. Wasn’t the best customer service if I’m honest.

@EE have been charging us for a phone that hasn't been in use for nearly a year. Won't give us a penny back despite asking to cancel it and have evidence their end it's not been use. Hideous company.

update: We are working on the problem in EX8. It's taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. To keep connected simply use WIFI - @EE Simply use WiFi?? I'm outside most of the day with no WiFi, hope we're not paying full price for half service!
