@Ashbridge1988 @EE Hey. I’d advise avoiding @EE They have some very shady tactics when the end of your contract comes around. They erroneously charge for services and then left a red Mark on credit file which they refuse to rectify. Customer services full of ‘computer says no’ types #EE #avoid

@EE this is the second time in as many weeks now that the signal in my area has been down. I use both a dongle and an iPhone 12 mini, I rely on both for work. What is going on?! I don't pay £81 a month for this.

@EE ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE FROMM EE TODAY!! Apointment arranged between 1-6pm today, half day taken from work, then receive a text saying sorry we missed our appointment- two phone calls to EE and guess what- cut off both times!!!

@EE I’ve been through this process many many times - rec’d new routers, had engineers out etc. It can only be down to a poor BT line install which cuts out intermittently. @WeAreOpenreach need to offer a fibre to the house option. Or a-n-other fibre provider.

@EE Hi, I am moving to an area of slow WIFI speed. Someone has advised me that I can get a router and a SIM card to combat this and have quicker speed. How do I know if your network would work well enough for this in my area (I am currently with EE so was hoping to stay with you)
