My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

Hi @EE - I’ve been having the same problem concerning my phone connecting to the EE auto WiFi at literally every London Underground station for at least a year - I’ve hoped it would just fix itself and time after time it just doesn’t - Please, guide me how to fix it. ASAP!

@EE Please can I let you know a young Man called David worked so hard to fix my problem and good on him he fixed it. I sadly missed his call to day to say he hoped it was fixed and so needed to say a big THANK YOU YOU NEVER GAVE UP I am very happy and appreciate all you did.

Been with @VodafoneUK for approx 10 year renewed my contract using advice from store feel like I was miss sold poor advice call technical they te you one thing then goto shop they tell you another time to move to @EE such disappointing service

@EE @ee ive just spoken with your complaints team they are horrendous and have no abilty to find a solution. Just lies, misinformation. Would have recieved more empathy and consideration from an AI bot. I'll be contacting the ombudsman
