My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

Absolutely AWFUL service by @EE for over a month trying to sort out OVER payments and being MIS-SOLD and then charged for another product! And then while on the phone to sort it, I get hung up on! Will be leaving this company as soon as I can and would not recommend at all.

So, just my regular reminder NOT to use @EE as your service provider, as they'll rip you off with 'additional charges' even when you cancel your contract and go PAYG. Dont trust them!! @EEComplaints
