@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE I have spoken to many operatives. All agree the problem is not in the house. I have had emails saying the problem is fixed. It is nor fixed. Oange lights on hub and no phone. Please help.

@intouchwithox @EE That seems a pretty wide area to not have service. I'd be suspecting a device issue in the first instance. Does EE show on a manual network search?

@EE hi, are you aware of any broadband issues in the RG20 area? I keep losing connectivity, and even my hybrid connect is refusing to connect to my router. Cheers
