@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

Why does the customer service automated service on the phone take you through all the options for your enquiry then tell you the office is closed @EE why not tell you at the beginning.

If you want internet don’t use @EE . Changed from normal EE to Fibre Broadband, total chaos and rubbish backup! Promised four times to sort problem and email. Not a peep from anyone.!!!

@EE I topped up my grandads phone today with £20, but his phone is telling me that he has no credit. Is there a way to check if his SIM is still active as 150 doesn't work? He's not used the phone in a while but is in hospital, so we want to make sure he can call people

@EE Appreciate your reply, I'm just not sure how talking to customer services will help. Two different phones, two sims in a dozen locations... neither has anything resembling a useful service. Unless we use WiFi calling, it's basically useless.
