@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@EE Elderly Parents have been without mobile internet for several weeks now (Colintraive/Glendaruel). Status page just shows resolution time of 8 hours that never changes. Come on EE..they live in a rural community and rely on this life line for so much.

@EE I am trying to give my dad my old phone which was on an ee contract, (now ended) he has a Tesco Mobile pay as you go sim which he needs to keep the number of. I need help with unlocking my old phone but as it has no contract on it anymore I can not call from the ee mobile.

@etiago @EE Well yes I agree that calling it fibre was a bit of a stretch of the truth. But in this case they’re advertising “full fibre” a term they only need because of the previous bad marketing term. But it’s far better in the UK than many other countries - even if it isn’t perfect.

@VModifiedMind @EE Some older routers would have issues with nat table filling up when lots of active devices but yes more marketing spin that real promotion of full fibre advantages. The run an airport adverts viewer will see it and think so why do i need fttp to call aunty?

@MarcAllera @EE Amount Ofcom fined @EE for over-charging. £2,700,000. Amount ofcom fined EE for complaint handling failures. £1,000,000. Amount Ofcom fined EE for over-charge 118 numbers. £245,000. Times I was put through to someone senior when I complained of an inaccuracy on my account. 0.

@GeekPill @EE Because you didn't send a text message every six months so they stop your data. It's a well known issue. You should have 100 free text messages. You can reactivate it though and get your data back 👍

Had a totally random letter from @EE ECR team today which further undermines my ability to make a complaint of have a voice in anything. Their abusive 'policy' of subjugating customers is unacceptable and is the cause of huge suffering.
