    Twitter can you help this morning? I’ve no been with @VodafoneUK for around 7 years. How is the network these days. Pros and cons. Current have PAC from @ee due to poor retention offers.

    My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

    @EE Hi there. I upgraded my phone on Friday evening (15th May). I received a confirmation email, but have received no further communication. Just querying to check everything is ok. Any help would be much appreciated 😊

    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    @EE Yes but I have to go out of my way take time off or time out of my weekend to go to a shop to get it repaired surely with the age and the fact it’s under warranty it should be a straight swap for a new one. I have already been on your support and they just put me through to apple

    @EE Guess this just means once again, when my phone contract ends I’ll leave EE. This will now be the 3rd time I have left. EE has the best service, but the worst customer service. Why should it take 4 attempts to end a contact, and you not give any credit for the effort???

    @EE these people have mugged me off ordered a sim still haven’t got it I went on the live chat and they guy wasted my time for half hour asking me my name and bullshit I just left I will cancel it if this is how I’m going to be treated

    @EE why don’t you have a complaint department, as your not trying to help, there no discussion on sorting things out, they said it going to the ombudsman without even taking in the complaint, there should be a separate complaint number

    @EE For me, EE’s service has been exemplary, and I’m more than happy with my £60/month contract for which I get unlimited data, 5G coverage (and excellent 4G), and a free Britbox subscription! EE’s reliability and support is what I’m paying for; as a business, that’s paramount.
