    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE disappointing to be told changes would be reflected in my next bill and no changes have been made. £50 down this month! Misleading and unfair. Hardly reassuring to be told that the agent responsible will be reprimanded. A gesture of good will would have been appreciated

    Well @EE is the worst network out there. Their customer service is appalling - using lots of technical language no one understands, not being clear on what needs to be done, and contradicting themselves. Brutal

    @EE @MarcAllera Just don’t count on EE to provide a signal so that you can actually get calls and texts. To be fair the current lack of signal is 100% effective in protecting me from scam calls and texts. Still waiting to hear from you up@here in Uig!

    Getting mighty fed up with @EE disruption of network coverage in Powys. All year this has been happening. It’s not good enough to just send a text apologising. We customers are paying for a service that is unreliable and intermittent. When are @EE going to reimburse us?
