@EE I have been trying to sort an issue with my sim since Oct’20. I has been alerted to level 2, 4 times & told I would receive a call Worthing 24-48. Again in January 21, again 22nd Feb, again 24th Feb. Today is 26th and STILL nothing. Unacceptable.

Great, my bloody @EE broadband connection has fallen down and not even unplugging the router, leaving Italy few minutes, then plugging it back in has cured it.

@EE FYI There are ongoing payment issues for customers. Banks are authorising these payments but they’re not showing up on EE customer accounts. Also duplicate payments are going out when speaking to EE Customer Advisors when attempting to pay over the phone.
