@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@EE They're also claiming it is my fault (I know what I selected). Where do I make a complaint because this is an absolute joke. All I wanted was what I had selected but apparently a script and blaming the customer is more important.

Why did @ee get rid of their web chat? You could sort a problem in minutes on it. Now playing in stuck forever waiting on a call queue just to update a delivery address.

@EE In Redhill, Surrey all you get is 2 bars of signal. Most of the time 1 bar. Website and mobile app always error with everything. Paying £30 a month with this kind of service.

@EE I'm not impressed at all. Selected the 25GB for £12 additional line offer on the website. It's gone through as 5GB. Thought it was a glitch so gave you the benefit of the doubt. Customer service are claiming there is nothing they can do as outside of 14 days. 1/2
