    My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

    @EE Brilliant thanks Monica. It was placed via @Metrofone on 26th. They asked for ID which was sent on 28th. It is on your network though so excited to start using phone and your network.

    The customer service representative I spoke to didn't even apologise or say they were sorry to hear of my bereavement. It is SO EASY to make these things more bearable for bereaved people. @ee showed that.

    @EE 2 days to get a reply from your customer service, they ask a question and I reply immediately and then never hear back ! You’ve taken money out my account twice now for “ one off service and charges” with no explanation. Refund my money and cancel my account

    @EE hi I’ve tried to contact EE to cancel my home broadband as I traveled back home I’ve used the chat service but you only provide a virtual agent which is only responding to limited questions I’ve no Uk no. to call and you don’t provide and email for customer support..

    @EE So I sent you guys a fraud alert and none of you could even respond?.......typical!..... I’m actually happy I’m leaving the network, the signal strength is abysmal.
