    @adcock_stacey @EE If you have My EE. and the plan you want to cancel offers a free upgrade you should be able to phone customer services and give 30 days notice.

    @EE Apologies I didn't see your reply! Well, tbh I'm going to go elsewhere for same-day service, but if it's not possible to do same-day in a store it shouldn't be possible to book it tbh to save a wasted trip. Anyway, thanks for your help :-)

    So just worked it out. @EE expect me to pay nearly £109 per month for my contract now they have removed two discounts even though they stated to @OmbudsmanServi1 last year they had no end date. My account is flagged with @EE for vulnerability issues but they are happy to do this.

    @EE Hi I've had so many phone calls, were now at 2 weeks of waiting for a phone and you won't cancel the order as it's allegedly out of your hands. When can you step in and fix?
