@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@Ofcom When I rang @EE earlier today and on other occasions, they were unable to find my account details and they denied it but there must be a fault with there system, can you help please? I am fed up with them!!

@MohamedAbdulwa @EE Same here mate I’ve been with EE for 15 years and they won’t match an offer from another network. Orange was amazing in retaining loyal customers but EE is all about profits. I have like 5 phones with them I’ll be moving them all next month

Dear @ee your mobile signal in the Brecon area has been down for well over a week. We may be a rural population but we rely on for your our work and personal communications. When will this be sorted? And how do we claim a refund for the fees we have paid & received no service?
