@EE all afternoon when I try to call anyone I get network busy. The only way to contact anyone is via internet app. This is in Glasgow area.

@EE I understand but you can make it clear that you make no commitment that another data service/second line will be available. There is nothing anywhere to this effect, not even in the T&Cs. So people join to then just have to leave again. Also what is the actual wait time?
