@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE Why is your customer service such a shambles? Been sat in 3 days straight waiting for an order to arrive after being repeatedly promised it was on the way. Getting beyond a joke now. It's a different story every time I ring. Meanwhile you expect my trade-in by the 26th...
