@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

My iPhone 12 has died after 6 months with a black screen of death Shoddy @Apple devices & even shoddier customer service from @EE with a lovely offer of a 3 week+ repair. That's what you pay £500 a year+ for🤨 So wont be able to access me for a while via my mobile or WhatsApp

@EE why is it every time I try to connect to my internet or data you guys have a low connection rate? I have two bars which is bad considering my apartment has good WiFi
