@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@kevinbacon @ee you are advertising a network that consistently has problems in my area. Every 2nd day I receive text messages saying they have a problem in my area and it will take up to 8 hours to resolve.

@EE I have been without service for three weeks since you ported my number. I need someone to sort this urgently. I have been utterly let down. I am the on call consultant urologist this week for a large NHS Trust and am having to use my 11 yr olds phone leaving her without one

@VodafoneUK service has gone absolutely downhill. Why has it taken almost a year to transfer my business contract! Why am I not able to EVER be transferred to the transfer team? Why can't I pay off my contract right now to just leave you and go to @EE? 🤬
