    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE I have received exceptional customer service today over the phone from Shania davies from upgrades. Really went above and beyond to fix an issue. Please could you pass on my thanks again 😀

    Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

    @SpeedyMaGicXz94 @EE To clarify - Legally they have to prove that cosmetic damage caused that screen fault to not repair or replace for free with it being within the first 6 months

    @GibbsMatt @EE You could try giffgaff fairly certain they won't credit check you, I assume this is a monthly contract issue?

    @EE Every customer services line I tried to go through to is just cutting off before it rings. Also when you try to link through the website it says "bad gateway" all other websites and phone lines working fine so it isn't my handset.

    @EE I've been a customer for over ten years, and before that with orange. My Bill's total over £1500 PA and have done for the past 8 years minimum. This is the thanks I get? If my contracts were coming to an end, I would leave.

    @EE @Scrappincaz929 That's absolute rubbish! Your colleagues in store have never said anything to me about price increase during the contract- just sign here agree to the terms, they don't highlight or mention price increase. And it's the biggest one yet- why?!

    @EE When I went to the EE shop on Argyle St in Glasgow, they said that they had no way of determining whether the card was correct, & I had to call customer service. Then I got put on hold. Finally I risked using it, & fortunately it did top up the correct account.
