@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE Hey, 48 hours without reply to 3 emails to your retentions department ain't the way to retain a customer. Time for a change methinks
