As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

I called again. I’m still nowhere. It’s taken 6 hours so far. I just want to buy EE One. This is rediculous.

Every evening, at least 3 or 4 times, I lose transmission and the reason stated on the screen is the internet, which you provide! If this continues I’ll cancel my contract based on your failure to deliver

I spoke to three people, none of whom could help and was eventually cut off. How do I escalate this and talk to someone who can take ownership of the problem and help?
