@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE what is going on with your network coverage??? Constantly have 2 bars 4g but often struggle to get any internet at all and today is no exception. Absolutely dreadful service

@EE if the situation with the 4G/Mobile data isn’t fixed soon I think many people will leave EE and find other alternatives I’ve been With EE since back when it was orange and this is by far the worst I’ve seen it

@EE I am adding my voice to the national outage that appears to be occurring right now. When were you planning on communicating with your customers about their loss of service? Had no 4G internet for last 40 mins or so.
