    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE any idea whatโ€™s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all Iโ€™ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    @EE I made an app to track network failures after your support claimed that there's nothing wrong the network, activated it for my drive home and got 4 recorded outages in under an hour. I'm going to keep logging your service failing, who should I email my findings to?

    @EE I already spoken to the technical team twice this week and they didnโ€™t help me which is really frustrating. After troubleshooting unsuccessfully, they told me there was nothing else to do

    Looking at getting 5G fail over internet device from @Ubiquiti 5G max offers up to 3.4Gbps downloads over 5G and thereโ€™s my @EE only getting 65Mbps.
