@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE Is your network down in the south east? Can’t make calls unless on WiFi and can’t get through to your helpline. My wife has same issue also today. Your website reports all good, Downdetector suggests you have problems.

@EE Great day prices go up, your network goes down, I can't make or receive calls, I can understand price increases,the percentage however is ridiculous, but whats difficult to swallow is, people have been reporting problems since midday yet EE are saying there's no issue Wow.
