@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE Kelsey. If I thought you could help I would... but I spent most of yesterday standing outside in the snow interacting with EE and the end result was no one will come out until the mast is repaired and it's proven not to be that.

@EE my family and I are in Finland for a few days and two of the three devices are working as expected with roaming but my daughters despite showing as enabled in the app is not connecting to mobile data. Help!
