    @EE I have received exceptional customer service today over the phone from Shania davies from upgrades. Really went above and beyond to fix an issue. Please could you pass on my thanks again 😀

    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @ee Have problem with my Huawei mobile, booked MOT appoint for today. Was told that ee don't stock them anymore & can't help me sort out - 1. Why the wi-fi won't connect up to my home set-up & 2. Why my data usage is running out before my monthly renewal date. Only seemed.. 1/2

    @LucyGoBag @EE Been there & feel your pain.Fortunately,my complaint was taken on & resolved,but after months of errors;didn't take it to Ofcom,but they advised they were willing to help.Keep at it👍🏼

    @EE broadband and mobile data down yet again. Trying to work from home with a 1mb download speed. Not ideal!
