@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE Actually not so good and yeah from a dodgy mobile number I was pretty distracted earlier on so far no damage on any of the cards used for the shipping & have frozen them until such a time as one replaced them can't believe I even fell for that one but I'm definitely off the boik

I am on my honeymoon in cape Verde. I tried to get my roaming from @EE and I couldn't. I rang EE and because of where i am, I would need to buy a separate deal and only have 500mb of data for £7.50 a day. Roll on when I can cancel this contact. Thank god the hotel has great WiFi.

@EE Dear EE. Last week, I accidentally deactivated my SIM card (long story.) Since then, you’ve sent me with a replacement. I put it into the phone on Saturday and it’s still not working. I’m ‘Home alone’ and don’t have access to another phone, so I can’t receive PINs.
