@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

@EE Had no network signal for 2 days now. Can't make or receive calls! MK41 area, Bedford. SMS update said would be sorted in 16 hours, but that was at 3pm on 14/05. Any update please? This is frustrating.
