Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE lovely new price increases in line with inflation 😳. How the f**k can you justify an £11.20 price increase for one month usage of your lines? I want it broken down for me where the extra charges are incurred pls?

@Jimbomarshall1 @EE Same here. I’ve been a customer since EE was Orange - this increase is outrageous and I’m counting down the days now until the end of my contract.

@darrengrimes_ @EE Think yourself lucky. @bt_uk sent me a lovely letter where the envelope said "Important news regarding the improvement to our service". The only improvements to my phone, broadband and tv deal with them was them charging me £ 13.53 extra a month.

@darrengrimes_ @EE Poor you, GBNews not paying for it now and the contract you bought into was a bit beyond your means, with a company that lies about its service area, tough luck mate .... cry more

@bt_uk @EE Hi guys disappointed to be transferred from BT to EE with the lure of a price cut, only for EE to raise my price by 14% once the transfer was complete. Poor, underhand tactics to get people to switch.

@EE I entered a contract with you and you have now broken that agreement without providing me with anything in return. My understanding is that I can cancel the contract within 30 day’s notice of the price increase is that correct?
