@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE Good afternoon. The internet light on my router is constantly flashing orange. I’ve reset and rebooted the router numerous times and checked all the cables, they all seem fine (all plugged in securely and no visible damage). Can you assist at all please? Thanks.
