@O2 have spoken to 5 people about a credit that was due to be applied to my account. Assured that it had been done end shock horror it hasn’t. Ridiculous service @EE @VodafoneUK any good deals on?

@EE I’ve tried multiple times to get through to you but keep getting bounced. I’ve spoken to a representative about a faulty switch 2 we bought from you, told I’d hear back last week re exchange and heard nothing. Please can you give me an update on this - service is ridiculous.

@EE Is there a direct line for customer service? Every time I ring EE I get the same recorded message asking if I’m home broadband/mobile phone and I’m neither, then I get bounced off the call.

I'm at a loose end. I need to access my EE account or speak to a human, but I have no signal. I've tried sendiing a private message but I get is an automatd response saying to call. But I'm abroad with no signal! not had any for 2 weeks now. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP @EE
