@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE I have had 9 incidents in May of loss of service, today is 10. This really isn’t acceptable and my stiff has been increased whilst I’m not receiving the service I have paid for!

@EE I’ve got an EE Sim only contract and I’m a BT Broadband customer can I save 10% on Upgrading my EE Sim only plan to a EE Mobile phone contract. I can’t seem to do it via the BT Mobile site, as I would like to keep my number.

Had so many issues with sky broadband (which is still @OpenreachHelp cabling etc ). I’m giving @EE SIM a try for 4G data. It’s impossible to work from home using my FTTC at a long distance. TV steaming, gaming, and work quickly eats up bandwidth. Was getting 12 down / 150kb up!
