@SamsungTV @EE bought a tv and it’s a year old and just out of warranty I’ve spoke to tv expert this morning and this model is known for all sorts of faults! Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.

brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her “emergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent £60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a £7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

Will never go with @EE network again, never any signal and whenever i phone to report it get told the same thing that there working on the mast. This has been the same for the last year, enough is enough when missing extremely important calls. I have been more than patient.
