@EE Yes, it says “there seems to be a problem... Sorry we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back later”. It has been doing this since I tried to logon yesterday. It’s the same with the website.

brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her “emergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent £60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a £7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

@SamsungTV @EE bought a tv and it’s a year old and just out of warranty I’ve spoke to tv expert this morning and this model is known for all sorts of faults! Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.

@EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

I am aware this is a very 3rd world problem, but @virginmedia went down at 8pm and estimated fix is 4pm today. As someone who's prettymuch dependant on the internet for 90% of my life (disabled, mostly live online) it really hurts to be tehtering my @EE right now.
