Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. The router works & generally gives between 500to 800 Mb BUT although the four EE wifi extenders recommended & fitted by EE engineer glow aqua they have no connectivity = no TV, Alexa or heating
