I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.
