If you have a lower use broadband package you will need to pay for unlimited use. That could hit people on lower incomes. Also had to reboot it a few times, too technical for some.

Her smart TV supports Netflix, Prime, Sky, but even if she could afford those platforms, she would be terrified of touching a different button on the remote. She sleeps very little and the TV is her only companion. If she can’t return to her familiar menu, she panics. I’ve had desperate calls from her in the evening, petrified that she’s ‘broken’ her TV. 'Freely' is currently being touted as the IPTV replacement - From about £70 for a set-top box; this price will drop dramatically.
