Hey @Ofcom we have been having issues with our mobile number that’s with @giffgaff no calls/texts from EE are coming through! (pretty basic part of service) Reported to @giffgaff beginning of August - still not resolved. (Suspect it’s been going on for much longer) can you help?

@giffgaff my network is very poor since yesterday night and today in this morning is not working at all. sometimes I even got no network. using most of the time at Limehouse and Stoke Newton areas. My phone is an iPhone 12 (trying to) using 5G

@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

@SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

@PhilSheaS @lungsatwork I got a crappy phone with a £5 a month GiffGaff sim for a job I recently did with non-resident on call...100% worth it - switched off when not at work, never had to give randoms at other hosps my personal No & no dodgy calls OOH or when not at work! @giffgaff I have tried everything you had told me to. You told me “there doesn’t seem to be an issue” and to “turn the device off and on again”. That implies it is an issue with the device and not giffgaff. It is CLEARLY an issue withe giffgaff as I’m not the only one having trouble.
