@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

@SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

@PhilSheaS @lungsatwork I got a crappy phone with a £5 a month GiffGaff sim for a job I recently did with non-resident on call...100% worth it - switched off when not at work, never had to give randoms at other hosps my personal No & no dodgy calls OOH or when not at work! @giffgaff I bought a giffgaff sim and put it in my contract virginmedia mobile because virginmedia had no signal in Dorset i topped it up by £20. Now I'm back in Liverpool I've put my virginmedia sim back in my phone and the giffgaff into another phone. But it says sim blocked

@giffgaff I don’t even get an error message, once I’ve added all my info and try to get to the next page it just doesn’t move 😩 the main issue is the battery it states it needs replacing but there’s not an option for battery that I could find. Is there another way to organise a return?

@madaboutjones I’m on giffgaff and honestly have never looked back! You can change what you get each month as well, so during lockdown I literally cut it down to the £5 pack because I was just using wifi at home then as soon as I went back to work upped it but I still only pay like £12 I think
