  • CliveJGoodwin Clive J Goodwin (@CliveJGoodwin) reported from Bromley, England

@giffgaff Just activated my SIM and ported my old number over from previous network. Seemless process. Fast 4G signal also. 👍

  • arigork Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Camden Town, England

Family visiting needed a local sim. Got @giffgaff prepaid & activation was simple & fast. Catch is you need to get a voucher or credit/debit card to load selected bundle as store could not help and needed browser access to activate sim and load bundle. Otherwise 5 stars :)

  • Benjakev jason k (@Benjakev) reported from Hammersmith, England

@PoliceConsumer @giffgaff Been on giffgaff since they launched, cheapest and most reliable network I’ve ever used

  • LashanStuff Lashan (@LashanStuff) reported from Camberwell, England

@giffgaff There wasn't, the network just slows down to a crawl/stops functioning from congestion levels that are literally a daily occurrence there

  • TheGaffaSM Prince Vegeta (@TheGaffaSM) reported from Merton, England

    Never GiffGaff💥

  • SophieGudge_ Sophie 💕 (@SophieGudge_) reported from Stratford, England

@l0ulaa I had this issue in Lincoln with Three... had to change to giffgaff as it was so bad!

@giffgaff Service was practically unusable around London Bridge station at 5pm yesterday

  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • endaguinan Enda Guinan (@endaguinan) reported from Islington, England

@O2 I’m with GiffGaff. Usually no issues with Mesia messages in any direction, but when it happens, I’m curious about this type of message. It says here’s your message, but there’s no link or attachment.

  • jetsettersw Alvin (@jetsettersw) reported from Lambeth, England

@giffgaff @dhlexpressuk You both have an absolute DOG SHIT of a service

  • Ryanclairmont 🅡🅨🅐🅝 (@Ryanclairmont) reported from Ilford, England

Really not good enough, since Thursday got a goodybag sim for my daughter & it's still not working till now,you should haul all sales of sims till the issues are fix. #ofcom #cisas #ombudsmanservice #giffgaff

  • Agathi0usssss Agathe (@Agathi0usssss) reported from Hackney, England

Am I the only one having Data issue with @giffgaff ! Every time it says my 3G is on but it doesn’t work at all 😡😡

  • RitaAdam95 Adam Rita St. (@RitaAdam95) reported from Barnet, England

Technical problem shouldn’t be an excuse for late submissions, if WiFi failed at your house your personal hotspot can be used as wifi on your laptop (pay giffgaff £25 per month you have unlimited data don’t worry) - there’s always a way to submit your work on time, no excuses 🙂

  • MVautrin Angela M Sturniolo (@MVautrin) reported from Walthamstow, England

@Claytoncast @ThreeUKSupport @giffgaff I was in Bologna Italy for most of the month of May and didn't have any problems. Maybe it depends where you are. Anyway good luck.

  • SoundsWukah Wukah (@SoundsWukah) reported from Brentford, England

@giffgaff Just like with the last inquiry, that was very unhelpful. Yes, anyone has the ability to take the time to read through the website at the terms and conditions, but this Twitter feed is there to help with specific issues, so don't just refer people to the website. Tks.

  • LauraSummersNow Laura Summers (@LauraSummersNow) reported from London, England

@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

@giffgaff my signal is sooo bad in my new house 😢😢😢

  • vrb28 Vicky O'Brien (@vrb28) reported

@giffgaff my husband has received multiple emails from you saying welcome to giffgaff but he is a happy customer at another network. Any idea why this is, is this a scam that you are aware of?

  • DannyjMc90 Danny McCartney (@DannyjMc90) reported

@giffgaff mate I can’t wait till this months up your signal in Cheshire is **** 👋 hi @voxi_uk

  • TheRehn Ruth H (@TheRehn) reported

@LouMycroft @eqtraining Yeah I have the friend's place I was staying before this had no Internet, so I bought 100gb data from giffgaff. Accidentally managed to spend £9 credit submitting a uni assignment before realising I had run out my last goodybag, but at least I won't have same problem here!

  • nojwop Jon Pow 🏳️‍🌈 (@nojwop) reported

@giffgaff nearly 12 hours since i tried to buy and activate a new goodybag and still your Agents haven’t been able to fix the fault. honestly totally fed up with this now. I have no data 😡

  • Jester_Foxxx 🤍Astrashark🤍 (@Jester_Foxxx) reported

@giffgaff Not good enough, and you should really stop trying to justify this. I've been a loyal customer for around ten years, and I'm threatened with this after a minuscule six months? Absolutely ridiculous.

  • Stickleback_Pro Brendan O'Neill (Writer/Director) (@Stickleback_Pro) reported

@NomadicWriter I use GiffGaff which is no contract and sits on the O2 network. I've been very happy with it. £10 per month package suits me.

  • jmons James Taylor (@jmons) reported

@giffgaff If your geeks said “damn those stupid new domain names” (or words to those effect) I agree, and when I get my time machine I will be going back and fixing the entire dns shenanigans whilst riding a stegosaurus.

  • LewisBaileyyy Lewis Bailey (@LewisBaileyyy) reported

They thought we was a fake ‘network’ and tried joining 02 on the sand which is why giffgaff was developed but then things tuck a turn for the worst and they tuck it over, it’s a big network connected to real tech…

  • MJ_F Mike Fisher (@MJ_F) reported

Hey @giffgaff, you sent me an email on Tuesday telling me to update my card details, cut me off less than 24 hours later (was kinda busy...) and now your site and app are both down so I can’t actually do it and don’t have a phone. A work phone. On a work day...
