You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

It's been crap for 10 days or so and I've lost earnings because of it ! 😔 U claimed last week it would be sorted then u just changed the date . Says 8pm tonight will be back on but I doubt that. Giffgaff runs smoother. For what I use it for anyway. That 6 quid extra is honestly whatever.
