Adam Rita St. (@RitaAdam95) reported from Barnet, EnglandTechnical problem shouldn’t be an excuse for late submissions, if WiFi failed at your house your personal hotspot can be used as wifi on your laptop (pay giffgaff £25 per month you have unlimited data don’t worry) - there’s always a way to submit your work on time, no excuses 🙂

It's over 24 hours since my number stopped working on my old network, I put in a support ticket yesterday evening & heard nothing yet. And I'm now getting texts from you asking if I want to submit a PAC code?!

The SIM card you have provided no longer works and I have been without a phone for 4 days. You are unreachable via email or app and complains in your forums on this are in the hundreds. What is happening?

If @giffgaff can't currently process phone number transfers they shouldn't be letting people book them!
