@SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

@giffgaff it's network blackspot. struggles to reach 1mbps download, same as the wifi speed. it's my fault i should have tested them both before I signed the tenancy. oh well, live and learn then move far, far away!

Bob
(@bobbigmac) reported
@chrisrussellco @giffgaff weird tho cos I'm on a weird side road, my 4g is twice the speed of my landline (16x for upstream), but since it drops out so often, I can't use it for anything that needs a stable connection, so I can sit here lagging to **** on a game, while my work pc is uploading terabytes :)
-
Sam
(@MeikoShrineSam) reported
Why is my 4g so bad giffgaff sort your **** out
-
Bob
(@bobbigmac) reported
@chrisrussellco @giffgaff tbf I'm near a busy road and the mast is just across the railway line from London, so fair bet my drop outs are when a train passes, since it's pretty stable after midnightish. When it's bad, it's really bad, but at least with no speed or quota limits, I can upload okay all night

@giffgaff In the meantime how do I stop them coming through? They never speak and it comes through as a silenced call. Has my number been compromised? Should I change this? False calls since I have returned from the U.K. have been non stop
