@giffgaff Do you know what forget I even asked I'm going into town to get a SIM from a phone shop. At least if it goes wrong there are people to help. You lot are useless you don't need my money anymore. You owe me but I doubt very much I will get anything back

@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

@SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

Having been with @O2 since my first phone, I’m done. Customer service used to be the reason I stuck with them even though they were far from cheap. Now expensive and terrible service (if you even get to speak to someone). Who are you with that’s better? Giffgaff seem ok?
