Karen Reekie (@catskidschaos) reported from Richmond, EnglandIf you have to clear your cache and log out then log back in but you can’t click on an e mail link and have to go via a browser to access a service on a website it’s a bit crap. Looks at @giffgaff and mutters about giving up and not bothering to continue with the thing I need...
-
jason k (@Benjakev) reported from Hammersmith, England@PoliceConsumer @giffgaff Been on giffgaff since they launched, cheapest and most reliable network I’ve ever used
-
jenny vaughan (@DrJennyVaughan) reported from Hammersmith, England@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

Wukah (@SoundsWukah) reported from Brentford, England@giffgaff Just like with the last inquiry, that was very unhelpful. Yes, anyone has the ability to take the time to read through the website at the terms and conditions, but this Twitter feed is there to help with specific issues, so don't just refer people to the website. Tks.

***** Acasa (@guidoacasa) reported@SatanicTaxi @giffgaff @EE For the information of others. No extra help to me having a Giffgaff second sim because my main one is O2.
-
Woody Knows (@Woody3704) reported@crip72012 @hewantswealth I had O2 for a long time and it was fine for work and making calls Until I needed an actual good network with consistent uptime and no 300 ping when I'm playing online games. Giffgaff runs smoother. For what I use it for anyway. That 6 quid extra is honestly whatever.

kazzie (@kazzie222) reported@giffgaff Can I have an update on my service please I still after several week have no service , I will have to consider changing to another network provider if not sorted soon
-
My Name is Phil (@philhguk) reported@xxx_kimbo_xxx @EE I used to be with EE then all of a sudden I couldnt get a signal in my own home so I switched to GiffGaff, I still only get 1 bar but at least it works. Considering I live about a 10 - 15 min walk from the town centre the mobile signal here is shite on all networks.

TheDePINCat 🐈🌐 (@TheDePINCat) reported.@giffgaff have generally been good (10 years+ a subscriber). For the past few days, I have been unable to send texts from my UK number. I had to go onto a forum to diagnose what I thought was a device problem. Reset my network settings (no help). And then back top the forum to find a coverage map. Ideally, giffgaff would send alerts to impacted areas so we are aware with this information. And, with connectivity being fundamental to everything we do in the digital world, communication should be treated as high priority as a burst water pipe or gas leak. This is why community-owned networks are so crucial. There is an extra level of care and concern when the issue directly impacts you.

jake scrivens (@JakeMUFCSceptic) reported@giffgaff am trying to check my voicemail from the U.S.A. this is impossible with your service. None of the options work. Send me a plus44 number where i can access my voicemail.

Emily gregory (@emilygreg22) reported@andysyers98 @giffgaff Wow what an awful attitude you have, by the look of your X account you are a landscaper imagine a customer talking to you like that, I bet you wouldn’t appreciate it.
-
d. (@SugrPuft) reported@AbsoluteLeaNot @thecapitalistw Literally, joined Giffgaff to save £2/month, big error. Voxis signal is goated, just ordered an ESim.
-
Simon Howard (@essjayaitch) reported@AndrewRangerMP I just read your report on mobile coverage in Wrexham. Are you aware that Tesco and Giffgaff both use the O2 network and therefore their performance should be no different? Also, Three and Vodafone customers can now use each others network since they were merged
