@HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

Hello @HSBC_UK - I've wasted an hour of my life this week trying to switch-up to a different account. Your in branch staff haven't a clue and I've been on hold for ages. I've been a customer of yours for 28 years, I reckon it's time to switch. Shocking.

@Mephistophilles @HSBC_UK mate I’m not gonna lie I suggest you remove any involvement from hsbc immediately and move banks. They are hands down the worst bank in the uk and it’s not even close. I can’t even begin to put into words how bad my experience has been with them and I opened my account last week

£200 to move from the useless @HSBC_UK to @AskNationwide Don’t mind if I do. I did want you HSBC. Piss poor customer care and appalling online security hurdles to simply shop online. Won’t be coming back in a hurry.
