    The functionality to setup standing orders is shocking on your app and on desktop @HSBC_UK, impossible to set up! Even your online bot couldn’t help.

    @hsbc_uk is there an issue at the moment with plastic issued by you? I tried booking a hotel yesterday and my (business) credit card was declined. Today I tried my personal one - also declined. Had to use my Barclaycard in the end.

    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    @katie__arabella @HSBC_UK That is bad. I recently shut my card down , straight away (via app,) . My wife had fraud on hers and they shut that down straight away (call) . Ok she did have a £200 transaction about a month later, but they refunded that within a week. Really didn't have a problem.

    @HSBC_UK What an absolute **** show of a bank you are! Spent 35 minutes in your Twickenham branch today trying to put money in to my account only to have the paying in machine breaking down halfway through….how about putting customers before profits and putting counters back?

    @HSBC_UK how many calls to technical teams does it take to resolve online/mobile banking issues? Cannot login in over 2 weeks and counting. Your technical teams/agents are clueless about the issue.

    @LewisLudlam @karlwilkins5858 @HSBC_UK Oh I was going use my HSBC account for my son but if your having issues I won't. Hope its rectified soon. I'm with barclays as my main account they have been extremely good.

    Hey @HSBC_UK I hate to use Twitter to shame anyone besides warlords but your customer service is absolutely the worst. Zero trust in your services and responsiveness. You have let me down, a longtime customer who will now incur massive costs because of your incompetence.

    @HSBC_UK No. I do know how to do it but I went through the steps again with mobile banking support. Option is not there, even when I set it up as a new payee. Used to be there but has gone since the last app update. So I was advised to call, but call handler was unable to set up either.

    I've been on hold to @HSBC_UK for 54 minutes so far. They do offer a 'press 1 for a call back' option but the 2 times I've tried that so far, the call drops on the callback. I just want access to my business account.
