No adverts normally increases quality, without the anchor of the Beeb, they would sell more and more advertising, meaning less quality. Could someone from the @BBCWorld and @ITV join the ScottishPower Problems and Complaints FB page. You will realise that despite their Ofgem rating they are just awful. Smart meters that don't work, inflated estimated readings, lying to customers. Need looking into.
