@LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

@LloydsBank Well it would be courteous to contact the customer annually to review bought items. And as such a loyal customer you could have compromised with an offer at least. I've banked with you, since my teens and worked 20 years with you too. Most disappointed tbh.

@LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

@LloydsBank Hi Lloyds! I've been trying to call , but can't get through. I'm a club Lloyds account. Recently applied for a credit card a few weeks ago. No email confirmation, but when I go to apply again, says I have a credit card application waiting for approval. Any help?

@LloydsBank Quite shocked how impossible it is to get through to an advisor on your main phone line. Simply want to make an appointment at local branch now that we have relevant paperwork for personal account. In a category which doesn't allow online #banks

@LloydsBank @VonneyLee1 One current issue is payments cannot be made. Error: 9200786: Your recipient's account doesn't accept FPS payments. Just not true, and it's giving the same error for every payee.

@LloydsBank @PoppyLegion This bank is absolutely useless if you try and get any help from them. The call us number is a waste of time as you can never get through. You get money stollen from your account and you have no way to contact this third rate service. I never realised Lloyds was so bad.

@LloydsBank over 2 hours, 4 reps asking the same questions every time, still sat on hold to lift the suspension of my internet banking. Very very poor service. You need to do something about this!
