The new anti fraud measures on the @LloydsBank @Mastercard credit card basically make it impossible to buy anything online. Been trying to buy my weekly @Tesco shop since Friday and it keeps getting blocked. Customer service wait times are 1 hour.

@LloydsBank I have to say after 24 years of banking it’s taken 8 weeks to answer my complaint to be told that you can’t find any history of giving out my personal details to a company . I have email evidence to prove this and the rudeness and service I was given. No loyalty.
