@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide She was put through to HO by her local branch but she doesn’t know HO number. Now local branch not answering at all. I can’t do anything obvs as not my account. Why can’t someone contact her when it’s all your errors from outset!

Myself and a few others have this issue not just nationwide either that has a ongoing issue but all banks seem to say everything is working , guess everyone's bosses ain't paying if nationwide insists no issues🤦

@AskNationwide She has rang the branch & tried to correct there, no joy. Told to go to HO, rang 4 times now & can’t get through. Meanwhile all her statements are going elsewhere. This is unacceptable, fraud issues etc!

@AskNationwide @TerryStock8 Everyone was perfectly fine until a tiny 1% of the population started to get a chip on their shoulders. As to answer you point, you’re just aggravating the situation by getting involved in personal issues that got nothing to do with banking thus 100% dividing your customers.🙄
