Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

I have just talked him through deleting and reinstalling again and he’s now back in but that’s the 2nd time in 10 days - when he clicks on it it just says ‘Establishing Secure Connection’ and hangs
