@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

Yesterday I mentally prepared myself to do battle and wade through the @AskNationwide website and phoneline to get a simple bit of information that is generally made near impossible to get...and found several extremely helpful guides and all the information on their site.
