    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide This is not the first time there has been technical problems. Very inconvenient and unable to access any money as it's in limbo. Bills going unpaid and incurring charges.

    @AskNationwide That’s great if my direct debit wasn’t due before 2pm today and the issue wasn’t resolved until 4pm! My utility company will now charge me if i pay over card. And if this counts as a returned direct debit then it will affect my credit rating! Absolutely ridiculous.

    @AskNationwide This is ridiculous. I haven’t been able to make my mortgage payment today as the money I transferred to cover it has disappeared into the ether! Surely you should’ve prioritised incoming payment issues before sorting the outgoing payments!

    @AskNationwide hi there. I appreciate you saying there is a delay with processing incoming payments. My issue is I have received a payment but a direct debit has not left my account for some reason. Can you help?

    @IrreverentPint @AskNationwide Same thing happen to here I wasn’t able to login my account regardless I have made several complain to their team but luckily I was directed to LEGIT_RECOVERY on instagram by a friend and they help me fix my account back

To abuse someone in a web chat especially with a supposedly reputable company is way out of order.
