    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

    Hello @AskNationwide What’s going on with Nationwide Building Society this weekend? Awful service in the #Cwmbran branch and it’s impossible to apply for a savings account due to ‘technical issues’ online. Surely at this time you’d want customers with savings?!

    @AskNationwide I have just tried to pay for a service using my phone. It wanted identification so I used the bank app option but it wouldn’t confirm, so had to use the card reader. What’s the point of having my phone only to carry my card & use a card reader.

    Customer @AskNationwide locked out of account for several months after an online agent changed some information not requested by customer. Since then and many calls customer has not been given access. Online system can't verify details yet phone system validates. Why?

    @AskNationwide can we not take money out during the maintenance? If so, you need to change the information on your website because it said you can take money out but got denied when I tried to withdraw money. A bit ridiculous to have information that doesn’t correspond to reality

    @AskNationwide Serious problems with your phone App...No response to complaint emails. Customer accounts are showing with a balance & history, but also a warning to "fund the account" or have it closed. No official response so far. This applies to Easy Access Saver accounts only
