@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide Spoken to your team. The problem is you farm the jobs out to CET home services who are totally useless. And looking through the complaints about them you are fully aware that they are hopeless. Do not insure with nationwide. £100 per month for nothing. Used my own plumber

@AskNationwide - I have just used ur breakdown service using bank details and had a fraudulent scam text (which I’ve ignored) and a call from a number not recognised. Not sure if someone is scamming ur system #fraudprevention
