Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

They are blaming 3rd parties when it is obviously all down to the payment problem Nationwide are continuing to have. They couldn’t give a sh*t.
