@AskNationwide hi, I've been told to contact you regarding an unknown direct debit due to TALKTALK. I switched from nationwide to lloyds bank and noticed in my direct debits one with no date or amount to TALKTALK, despite not being a customer, lloyds and talktalk can't help me
