    @AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

    Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

    @steviecardwell @darnellbabyfce @AskNationwide I send a DM about 3.30am and they said no issues. About 30 mins ago I was told that all payments should be credited by 6am. Seems like there is a problem but not clear. Could be my employer but they are a solicitor firm and all the time working there has only been one delay

    @AskNationwide received my travel insurance flex plus. Told to go to website. Medical bit doesn’t work. Tried to ring.gave up after 30 min. Tried main number. Your rep tried. She couldn’t get through. What’s going on?

    @darnellbabyfce @ClareMi16293213 @AskNationwide It's the fact it's happening far too regularly and each time they lie thru their teeth that no issues with systems and not holding anything up , its soul destroying this time after spending most of the month watching every penny we had left and couldn't wait to reset today

    @steviecardwell @darnellbabyfce @AskNationwide Are yours in yet? To be honest this is my last month of getting wages in with nationwide, just can’t trust them, I’m ready to travel to a wedding and waiting to leave as mine not in yet.obviously an issue just concerned it could be a big problem

    @AskNationwide Once again waiting and worrying about whether Nationwide clear funds meant in my account. We all understand one offs but you have to admit this is getting regular! and who was paid the £60 goodwill payment the other mth due to the issues as I never got a penny....

    @madmumofsix @AskNationwide No! Mine are not DWP monies they are wages been told there is no delay and that they should be credited before 6am, however I don’t think that covers if there is an issue. Due to travel to a wedding and due to villa this month being higher am relying on this

    @darnellbabyfce @AskNationwide It's 4am checking the banking app and wages aren't in yet , cone to twitter and see yet again nationwide lying thru their teeth that there isn't a problem, this has been several times of late they've claimed no issues yet when there is , its becoming a joke

    @AskNationwide I cannot use my cards as payments for food delivery services, as the payment is always declined. I have contacted the delivery services & have been advised that this issue with the bank & not them. How do I clear this up?
