    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    Really disappointed with @thameswater took 4x our usual monthly payment this month. Got payment reduced but apparently they can’t refund so told to @AskNationwide but no response. Poor customer service #nationaliseutilities

    @Cryptotalj @AskNationwide 4 months weve been waiting nearly 5 so dont expect them to hurry. Ive been using #nationwidetheives for a while because they are shaddy as ****, same excuses time and again. Very dishonest from all levels
