I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

@AskNationwide Hi Pauline thanks for the update. I have direct debits due out today and the money paid into the account hasnt cleared yet due to this error. What will nationwide do if i am unable to make the payments?
