@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

@AskNationwide I've had this phone a long time and have never had problems so nothing to do with software seems theres a problem and like normal you get the updates about 3-4 hours after the problems but thanks anyway

@AskNationwide @Sam_London100 I still cannot switch mortgages through the app web page comes up blank and doesn’t load. Tried to sign in through website there’s a technical fault. Why is it always so difficult to navigate your products it makes me wanna remortgage elsewhere 🙄

@AskNationwide I have seen some poor customer service in my time but the one you get from The Mortgage Works is by far the poorest Iv seen. You can’t get to speak to anyone. Don’t worry though it’s only my mortgage I need to discuss nowt serious

@AskNationwide Clearly not happy to help my 93 year old mother who wanted to change an account in one of your branches, handed an I pad and told to get on with it..absolute joke she doesn’t even own a mobile phone!!
