    @AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

    @Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

    @AskNationwide your app is still not working since IOS 15 update. This is really not acceptable when developer versions have been available for months now. Can you please stop pretending nothing is wrong. Go to App Store & sort reviews by most recent, many people having issues.

    @AskNationwide We have a holiday booked to a destination that's coming off the red list. It was originally booked in Nov 19 for April 20 & has been postponed/rebooked multiple times, most recently in May this year. Does our insurance cover us for Covid-related issues?

    @AskNationwide I can’t see my balance that’s the problem. I don’t know what I can can’t spend. My sainsburys cash machine isn’t working so couldn’t get a balance so didn’t even attempt to get fuel or food so thanks for that.

    @AskNationwide @Owen1401 Your team of developers have really let themselves down. People are saying it doesn’t work on iOS 15 which is the most recent official release.

    @AskNationwide If you’re 15.1 or higher, the app won’t load due to it thinking it’s still BETA…I have the same issue, going to have to wait until the app is updated

    @AskNationwide Hi Gill, thanks for the reply. This has been an issue since IOS 15 stable which is still yet to be fixed. The solution is to move to a bank that actually cares about customers, which I’ll be doing first thing tomorrow. @StarlingBank & @monzo apps both work fine. Regards, Mike

    @AskNationwide @NeilThompson Watch the app still won’t work on iOS 15.10 in 2 weeks time and they still tell us it’s our fault for having the update when no other app has this problem. Sounds like a usability error in your code somewhere
