    @AskNationwide I can’t seem to send it still. I’ve tried logging in online too and the issue seems to still be happening could this be down to my card reader possibly?

    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    @Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

    @AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    @AskNationwide Yes I managed to find it. I have been position 1, with a wait time of 3 minutes, for about 8 minutes now. Having so many issues with accessing transaction data for this card, I am about to stop using it altogether. Just not worth it.

    @AskNationwide It’s both. I regularly can’t access transactions just before the statement which is annoying. But that timing is not the case here and the error message says you are having technical problems. Can access everything else on app and browser. But not the credit card transactions

    @AskNationwide just been told by your so called customer services that I need to get someone in intensive care to confirm they are happy for me to resolve some issues on their account. Bit difficult when that person is seriously ill and can’t really phone the bank. Disgraceful
