    @AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    @AskNationwide I can’t seem to send it still. I’ve tried logging in online too and the issue seems to still be happening could this be down to my card reader possibly?

    @AskNationwide you are now *************** well and truly. Made a complaint was told “we expect this to be no later than 15 June” on the 6th of July I’m told “fair outcome to the complaint within 10 working days”. Letter dated 21st July “Update in seven working days”

    @AskNationwide No your chat service is shocking and doesn’t work great. Why do I always get letters from you on a Saturday afternoon and your not open till Monday. I’m happy to DM my details but I require a call back Monday between 17:00 and 17:30

    @AskNationwide I’ve just spent 30 minutes on a chat passed to 6 different people and they told to ring even through I’ve rang twice last week and no one has got back to me!! This morning when I tried to ring it was a 20 minute wait!! Awful service
