    @Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

    @AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

    @AskNationwide The app is stuck on the screenshot. Before you drown me with intern-level questions, My Face ID is the same, I’m not a Barclays customer, I’ve tried 3g and 4g and it’s been like this for 5 hours. It’s not the first time either. Every other app in the world works. Tired.

    @AskNationwide Flex direct. Trying to apply having logged into my account. I can do it if I apply as someone without an account already but not through my account. No error messages… just keeps trying to load.

    @AskNationwide Hi I used the switch service to move to your bank last Thursday and so far haven’t received a welcome package or customer number to log into online banking. I’ve got my sort code and account number and also my application reference number.

    @AskNationwide Usual problem making online payment ‘your entry is not recognised’ five times used Barclays in the end went through first time!

    @AskNationwide Have done more than once. 2 months ago your technical team were going to sort it out, its a m own problem that is still going on. That is unacceptable for this length of time and is preventing me from accessing some of my money.
