    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    @AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

    @AskNationwide is there going to be a more long term solution to this issue with payments? Once in a while I can understand the issues but over the past 6 weeks the service has been abysmal. Always sang Nationwide’s praises but this is making me want to change banks… #unhappy

    @AskNationwide got a test today saying i don’t have enough money to make a payment when i did transfer that money but still not showing in my account, what happens after the 2:30pm cut off time do you still make the payment even if the issue hasn’t been sorted before then?

    @AskNationwide There are still issues!! A payment doesn't seem to be getting into my account, so not enough funds to pay bills today. Is this due to be sorted this morning? If this isn't sorted will I get compensation for my failed bill payments?
