    @AskNationwide just abit of advice i wouldn't keep copy and pasting the same response to people as u are going to make people more angry, also please don't keep sayin direct debits are working as if money hasn't come in people can't pay them. Just constructive advice.

    @AskNationwide You don't understand my frustration. You're not in hotel accommodation, which if not paid for by 12pm, you could be evicted from with nowhere else to live, and with an extra 12.5% VAT to be paid from now on if the stay is not continuous. Fix the problem and quickly.

    @jodie_musson @AskNationwide No point having a standing order or direct debit if your wages aren’t paid into your account because of this issue. @AskNationwide we need more info

    Ah good old @AskNationwide Payments into and out of accounts delayed yet again. One day you will be able to provide a service your customers can rely on.

    You guys are *************** now. Just got a text to say my DD failed to come out. Checked my bank. My money is there but ONCE AGAIN your outgoing payments are down. Sort it out @AskNationwide - you still owe me late fees from last time!!!!
