    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @iglooRegen @AskNationwide @_John_Long As you know I bought a property from you in Newcastle and year later are still experiencing structural problems as are around 30 percent of buyers. Can you please confirm from latest email, that the downstairs WC being outside temps is going to be investigated please?

    So now it’s @TSB whom told my mum today they have no idea where her money from her isa is when she transferred over to a @AskNationwide There is going to be a issue and I hope this can be taken care of ASAP. Andrew

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide I have text alerts for when my joint account goes under 0 but never got one so my mortgage payment bounced and didn't know until a week later is this feature broken?

    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    Why is it that @AskNationwide needs a card reader in 2025? Even on mobile when I have to use my fingerprint twice to login to my phone and then the app 🙃

    @AskNationwide Ok thanks, so if i don't get a debit card, how i can make a payment from it ? Can I get the info from the branch & if nothing arrives do I class it as lost as I cant even access online banking yet as no information for that

    @AskNationwide can you explain why I have been trying to speak to someone in your complaints department for over a week and keep being promised a call back which doesn’t happen? Appalling customer service!
