    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide Already tried and no help just " we dont know what happens you can contact hmrc to request a new cheque" even though we have receipts ect . Absolutley horrific.

    @AskNationwide are abysmal . They Haven't cashed the cost of living tax rebate cheque properly . So now we've either got to wait days for a resolution or ask hmrc to re issue the cheque if they will . Yeah thanks nationwide. That accounts getting closed so fast .

    @AskNationwide I input all my details, then use the card reader and it all appears to be fine. Then once I click to go to make the payment I get hit with the service error. It meant I had to pay to use in branch bank transfer a few months back.

    @AskNationwide Yup and the generic responses with no actual help just proves the point. Let's ssee if theres a legal case in this shall we . Because I'll be suing not only for all this . But the contents of my fridge and freezer . The animals that risk dying during to the electricity being 1/2
