@AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

@AskNationwide Yes. Is happening to my dads account we logged in. Have tried two different laptops and on a mobile. Get the same message. I’ve been able to set up via app on my phone. Can only think it’s an issue with his account. How do we resolve?

@AskNationwide Thx for reply. After another 30 mins tel call today with a colleague, I’m still left with failure (v polite, but can’t help!) @AskNationwide had two jobs to do - register POA and open an account. Failed to both both, that’s really poor, esp. as your reputation is good.
