Andrew (@Andrew06736371) reported@AskNationwide But it this the case then whilst the customer is applying the switch ( in the live situation ) it should ask if you want to do a full switch and what must be done , but it doesn’t ..so you end up with a run around like this , off putting really ! Chat doesn't work either. I was due my switch money 4th December and still waiting. What is happening please? I can't speak to anyone.
