One time code takes too long to arrive, and the Continue button leads to a "problem" warning (as others have said). The App is OK, but my wife doesn't have it and needs to log on. Can you please fix it? Thanks.

Service status says "Our services are working normally" but Internet Bank login "We have a technical problem and are doing our best to fix it". Which is it? Pls update the service status as a courtesy to customers!
