    Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

    @AskNationwide is there an issue with renewing debit cards? My wife's card expired 30th Nov and, despite being advised on three different occasions that cards had been ordered, nothing has arrived. Today we are advised that there is an "issue" from 17th October???

    @AskNationwide I’ve now spent 45 mins trying to correct an error Nationwide have made. A simple 30 second phone conversation would sort it out.Time to get staff back in the offices and stop this working from home nonsense
