    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide I have just wired money to a completely different bank as it states you are back to normal. My money has still not been received and no comment came up re me sending the money When are you going to be back to normal. Unhappy customer.

    @AskNationwide @Mikeyb13280 Phil, I would suggest you get someone to look into this, there are a lot of stressed customers indicating that the issue isn't resolved, causing stress and anxiety, me being one of those customers still experiencing issues.

    @EmmaRog06470637 @AskNationwide Se issue also, just transferred some money from my Nationwide account into my RBS account and despite it showing as completed - it's not arrived in my RBS account.

    @AskNationwide there was a pop up yesterday saying that there was a problem with payments. Direct debits to pay off credit cards affected? £25 charge appeared!
