    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

To unblock have had to ring your fraud line - 15 minutes on hold so far and no info on how long I will have to wait. Just banal muzac and a beep every 30 seconds. How to get help please? Will it be 1 hour, 2 hours?

    @AskNationwide We last spoke to your team over an hour ago after a 30-minute hold (taking time on hold to hours over the last 48 hours). Two days taken off work. Freezing young family. The service is so bad it is genuinely insulting to my family.

    What is the point of banks like @AskNationwide having twitter accounts? They can't help customers via direct message so why pay someone to man social media out-of-hours? And their chatline nonsense doesn't work on Safari unless you have a prevailing wind and a twitch. So tired.

    This is the week that @WhichUK needs to seriously stop tongueing @AskNationwide for freebies and downgrade this awful bank. Every time I try to pay a tax bill or anything over £1.99 online their wretched systems fail and I have to ask somebody else to pay it for me..
