@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@NOWTV Yes they said there was no known issues when as clear as day there was. And yes, when I attempted to start watching the game i could login but not stream it. You can see by the screen shot I sent loads of people had problems.

@NOWTV just tried to call about my 82yr old father who’s having trouble with his broadband only to be told he has to ring himself and go through all the options which he would not be able to do. Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

@theloop It's super annoying that many basic controls like "skip back 10 seconds" don't work on many Apple TV apps like YouTube and NowTV (Sky), surely such basics should be compulsory to get through the App Store

@NOWTV provides the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After two whole days dealing with their team because of a major issue we still don't have any solutions at all. We'll be cancelling, I hope the rest of your clients do the same.

@WendyPuerto I'm having trouble finding it on NowTV but I will
