Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

Twice now they've followed the script, "yes you have a pass, you get the following, that's not working, OK uninstall & reinstall, try again." Then chat goes dead. @VodafoneUK poor swap!

I followed the link, installed the app & then things just don't work. Or they start to work, then freeze & I'm told I need a pass. I have a pass. Plus nothing casts. Help chat cuts out.
