Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

I pay £40 with a "FULL HD BOOST"+Movies. Just not good enough for £40 a month. My Internet is perfect so it can't be that.
