**** @NOWTV Every month for last 1.5 years, they turn my internet off because payment system broken. Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

@NOWHelpTeam Not sure what you mean. The mobile data on my phone is linked to another network? My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@NOWTV just tried to call about my 82yr old father who’s having trouble with his broadband only to be told he has to ring himself and go through all the options which he would not be able to do. Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

@NOW is the worst service I have had ever. I live in zone 1 central London and I purchased it for @lionsofficial tour. I have yet to watch a game in the crystal clear view I had hoped for. 👎👎👎🤬 #nowtv and yes I have done all your troubleshooting, and it’s still ****

@nowtvhelp This advice is for buffering, its the picture that's the issue. When the games are on its all blurred. It's not buffering. The picture is rubbish and yiu can't tell who the players are because it's that distorted. Any other channel is OK. Just NowTV Sports Channel. Disgrace!

@SkySports Pleased to see it here, my @NOWTV had dropped again, right at the crucial moment. I watched a Scotland match when we played in Argentina 1978 in better quality than I can now. @NOWTV - you'll be earning £33.00 a month less from tomorrow, it's atrocious.

@NOWTV When I work on one screen on my Mac, happily watching the golf on another. Then I get a message that I am running software that has screen recording technology. Yes. Lots of software does. I could but I’m not interested in recording the golf on my Mac. This is silly.

Just cancelled all of our @NOWTV passes because they *still* haven't fixed the sound issues. It's been almost a year. You charge a fortune. You charge *extra* for HD. With the new content coming on @disneyplus you're going to become obsolete.
