@O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

@Dannywillo18 @O2 Hi, O2 customer service is horrendous, they lie as our callbacks. If you don’t feel satisfied with the response from o2 maybe retweet your complaint using BBCWatchdog and Which magazine tags. I fed up with o2 network and customer service. Need to get something done

@O2 switched to O2 from Vodafone, seven days down the line the number has still not been ported, meaning I have no mobile service with any of the networks!!! If I knew O2 would take ages to transfer the number I would have never switched. 'Great' start O2..

@O2 I’ve done all of these. I’ve been with o2 for years and I have never had good signal. Even people with 3G and 1 bar of signal had more than me with full signal and 4G! You have always been poor. Why are the connections so bad?

@O2 Thanks. I moved my number across 7 days ago. Other OTPs work fine and are received successfully. I've done restart, refreshed network settings but this still won't work (have tried on multiple days). Have spoken to Santander who say they don't have a problem.

@O2 Thanks I do when at home, but the issue is when out and about unable to make calls that can be understood as voice is utterly garbled. Will give it a couple more days then call customer services to discuss further.
