    @O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

    Hey @O2 is there any way of claiming some money back as we’re into a second week of service disruption due to the works going on in HP5. I’ve had little to no text/voice access unless connected to my home (or public) WiFi for the best part of 5/6 days now.

    @O2 Why, for the past 6 months can I STILL not upgrade my phone online or any of your stores due to your dire lack of stock. I've had this phone for 3 years and it's dying. Yet you never seem to have any stock. Other networks aren't having issues!? Time to switch perhaps.

    complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

    @O2 I have just started 2 contracts with you & have 2 more to start in 2022 & I am finding the online interface and lack of contact with a customer service agent very frustrating. I have a PAC code to move an old number over, I can’t do it online or talk to anyone. HELP PLEASE!

    @O2 It's not the application that is the issue it's the cancellation if it isn't that is my issue. If j wait and nothing happens I expect to be allowed to cancel everything

    @O2 It was earlier in 2021 so not more than 2 years ago. I’m having a problem with my car insurance company and on the verge of getting fined £500 if I can’t prove a call that I made. I have missed the deadline to send this to them waiting for this log. HELP!!!

    @O2 O2 is already providing unforgettable moments here with a hacked account and zero contact from O2 fraud team in over a month now. Absolutely terrible service and we are talking about illegal activity on the O2 network here. @Ofcom are you investigating O2’s lack of fraud response

    @O2 ive had my phone stolen and its been 3 days now going back and forth to the store to activate the new sim card with my old phone number! This is a joke. Very poor customer service. I work nights and dont have the freedom and time to make daily trips.

    @O2 I've DM'd you. There doesn't seem to be any way to get my number from my old phone to my new (both O2). Form online doesn't work and I get cut off on phone!

    @O2 Your customer service is shockingly bad. Trying to get an issue resolved over live chat and the rep's are clueless and don't listen to what you tell them. And only advice they can give is to visit an O2 store, which is hardly good advice given the current Omicron wave.
