@O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

@O2 still no signal or data in WN4 0RN area, says it was fixed in 15th Feb, not the case still have nothing. Have reset settings on my phone and tried all different things nothing works. Can you advise what the problem is??

@O2 do your managers know how to call back customers? 24hr wait is now 48hr, 2yrs and I am still no closer to a resolution of my issue on my 8 o2 contracts. I have been loyal but you never provide the services, every customer services representative falls asleep reading my notes.

Probably not the best day to complain to @O2 but seriously I’ve had no phone signal for almost 2wks & your service has been outstandingly awful. Ive had no working phone for almost 3 wks & let’s remember it started when my iphone - refurbished by you - exploded. #o2 #Apple

@O2 please look into the mast issue at M22 4LG, Northenden, Manchester. It has been broke now for 5 weeks, the situation is ridiculous & needs esculating to highest priority as nobody seems to care. It was meant to be fixed 17/02. It is still broke. Phone is useless at the moment

@O2 hey there. Getting frustrated with trying to activate out account. Joined O2 via Virgin in December and despite trying all ways to activate including calling O2- still nothing. Am paying £10 a month and cannot get O2 account activated/access Disney etc. please help!
