@O2 Hi I am a pay monthly customer. How do I get a receipt document from you stating my IMEI number of my phone. I need it as proof of purchase if I want to make a claim through mobile insurance.

@philchamp_ @O2 @ThreeUK We were looking at all the options but the promised 20% discount tipped the balance back to O2. But like all these things it is a con. You have to "claim" the discount after you sign up. Well all I can say is O2 just lost me and the business as a customer. Truly fed up with this.

Anybody else have any problems with @O2 today? I've carried over bill to next month so data was reinstalled.But today I've not been able to connect to data,text or make phone calls. Turning it off and on don't work either.I need my phone for work tomorrow so it needs to be sorted
