    @O2 hello guys before I switched to pay as you go sim my FaceTime and IMessage was work,I then switched to PAYG received a new sim with same number and now my FaceTime won’t activate.I spoke to apple and they said it may be my sim and I need to contact o2 can you please help .

    @O2 it's lovely being an NHS key worker, running out of data with 4 days til my monthly renewal and I'm being asked to pay £10 for 1GB of data just to tide me over. No gesture of goodwill for a loyal customer. Cannot wait to swap networks.

    Having had to suffer @O2 Customer Services today, and some really deplorable lying, from multiple people, I've come up with a theory: People treating others like s**t, was an inevitability, after we accepted companies treating their customers like s**t. That was the start. 🤔

    @O2 can someone contact me, I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. Sent off a fully working phone for recycle then I receive back a broken phone with screen problems and button issues. Terrible service from 02 recycle. No customer loyalty whatsoever

    I am an absolute muggins. Why would I sign up for a new contract with a company, after failing to do anything productive on their website, automated customer service and two different human customer services? @O2 by the way. Enjoy my idiocy for the next twelve months. That's it.
