@O2 Helpful as expected...not! They are also no longer a customer of O2, and didn’t use the myo2, legally you cannot not unlock a phone, don’t really understand why it’s so difficult, guess their kind gesture will cost us to pay to get it unlocked by a third party. #O2charlatans

@O2 Myself and my husband used two seperate apps and both the QR codes would not scan. Greegs gave use the rolls but said to contact yourself about the QR codes not working. X

@O2 .../ exploitative to deal with an elderly person like this. Many elderly people aren't confident with wider issues around technology and are easily confused or overwhelmed when they can't simply get their questions answered or needs actioned.
