@O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

Just as my faith in @bt_global was starting to get better, here I am over 4 weeks into a #broadband contract and it still doesn't work. Lucky my @O2 phone #4g is holding out.

Got my phone contract changed with @O2 from a £31 something airtime bill to £12 weeks ago & everything was confirmed (they said it might be £15 rather than £12 cause I have to pay the 4 days I used which was cool) SO WHY ******** HAVE I BEEN CHARGED £32.02?? I now have no money🙃
