@O2 the phrase #betterconnected is utter nonsense.A network provider that cannot provide a network to a new Apple Watch & then when you want to cancel there is an error which doesn't let you do it.. shame there wasn't an error taking my £215 upfront #tradingstandards here I come.

@Hannah_Culley @O2 It is because O2 took down the mast and got refused permission on where they wanted to put it. So now we have no mast. Not likely to be resolved soon as they do not even have a new site or planning permission to put it back up. It was taken down to build houses!
