    @O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

    @O2 your customer service is quite appalling I have been waiting for my new phone now for over a week having been delivered the wrong phone twice I’ve used the WhatsApp service to no avail what is going on. #useless #nophoneyet

    @O2 the service I have received over the last 2 weeks has been disgraceful! There is a bar on my phone that no one seems to know why and no one can remove it!! Get told different reasons each day! Now being told IT issue which could take 5 days?!?! Not good enough!!

    @IbzDanny I’m on @O2 refresh and currently pay £22 Per month until phone is paid off and then I have cheaper bills or upgrade so I never pay it outright but often thing yes that would have been a good holiday.
