    @O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

    Been an @O2 customer for 20+ years and contract just ended. Absolutely disgusted to find out, should I take a new contract with them, my bill could increase by at least 9% in April. 😠

    @virginmedia @O2 Nothing more frustrating when you call virgin media/o2 to make changes to your package and you get passed from one call handler to another throughout the call for 50mins only for them to deliberately hang up on you not once but twice still on hold for 3rd time 😡

    Absolutely distraught @O2 been with you for a long time you’ve never had a problem with me. I changed my contact yesterday which I was happy with. I’ve just found out ALL VOICE MESSAGES have been wiped peoples voices who have died. You’ve offered me £20 what a slap in the face
