    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @O2 Anyone else had problems with @O2? Their system doesn’t have my address (which is a flat) and it doesn’t allow me to amend it. No one in the Customer Services or Sales team would help. One of them actually put the phone down when I asked to speak to the manager.

    @O2 I understand that but why do you make it so difficult to book a port online? Wouldn't sorting your online problems out take strain off the call centre staff? If I could have sorted the port out online I wouldn't have had to call up.
