@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

Omgosh I didn’t know how bad @O2 were until this month. The customer service I’ve received has been appalling. I’ve spoken to three different agents and not one of them have called back like they promised to do. They have not solved my problem at all!!!

Hi @Twitch gang - is there ANY way to access my 2FA-protected account while my phone is bricked? @O2 been working on a mast near me for a week, & I've had literally zero signal the whole time. Don't think I can complete inital setup of a desktop 2FA app for same reason. Stumped.

@O2 It’s showing as busy but no matter what area’s I check around where I live it’s showing as busy, this is constantly a problem for me so I’m not happy at all. Pointless for me to have a phone that just constantly has networking problems.
