    Only recently renewed my forever contract with @O2 (never having switched providers) but following my last two discussions with customer service this will most definitely be the last time I renew with them. #uselesscustomerservice

    @O2 I can’t be the only person to tell you this today but I’m gonna go ahead anyway: trying to log onto Priority since half nine yesterday morning and two minutes ago was when your excuse for a website finally allowed me to log in, Peter Kay all gone, you are the absolute worst.

    @O2 when r u gonna offer a reliable network 4 the past 4 weeks I’ve had masts not working now no Signal at all and considering ur 1 of the most expensive networks u should be able to offer a reliable service with the income u got yet u seem 2 not be able 2 offer a decent service

    Does any service actually do what it says anymore without me having to check, ring in & find out what’s going on? Changing SIM provider to @O2 activated SIM 4 days ago & number still not ported over & now told won’t be until Monday. Info says 1 day.Fed up of juggling SIM cards.

    @O2 I need help with roaming charges and activation of o2 travel but I can’t get through to anyone online and I’m unable to call as don’t want to risk calling charges while o2 travel not active?

    @O2 you must have the worst customer service I've ever known! Cancelled my direct debit then I can't get through to anybody to sort the issue out! How are your agents busy at 7.01am when it only opens at 7am?!

    @O2 Hey, I have had a replacement sim card In April. My phone is a Samsung s20 ultra. I have put other sim cards in my phone and it worked flawlessly. Other people in my area are experiencing the same issue with o2.

    @O2 Have to say this was so badly handled,couldn’t even log on at all,site down for maintenance app was a complete waste of time,selling 8 tickets per person wasn’t needed should of been limited to 5 at most,I definitely won’t be renewing my o2 contract after this
