Hi @O2 , do you genuinely think a 17.3% bill increase from April is fair or reasonable? Or do you just want to be honest and say you're money grabbing thieves and taking advantage of a situation? I'm not sure why I've bothered to be a customer for the best part of 18 years.
-
Will Callison
(@Will6118) reported
Oh well, looks like I’ll be leaving @EE when my contract is up, after 15 years + of loyal service and lots of money spent they have just informed me my bill is going up 14.4%… absolutely shocking. Time to shop around @VodafoneUK @O2 any others??
-
AJsWatchin
(@AJsWatchin) reported
@O2 @lewwyle You lot are repulsive. You claim the increase is to account for power to your network. But there is no mechanism whereby you reduce cost if power costs reduce, as they are doing. Disgusting increase. And you know it. Ps, never replied to me querying 8 days no signal refund

@tomdown1984 @O2 Exactly the same thoughts mate , meant to call them today to cancel ! Absolute piss take !
-
StevieKit
(@sjcarson1976) reported
@O2 17.3% forced annual price increase? This is an absolute joke. Are you staff getting a 17.3% increase? Are you going to provide a 17.3% improvement in service? Just ripping people off and driving inflation even further. You should be shut down by Ofcom
-
james collier
(@twotonemanc) reported
@Jmes_80 @O2 These prices never come back down though, do they. Happily rise when inflation sky rockets. **** off @O2
-
Kevano
(@kevbev321) reported
All I wish to say to you @O2 is 🖕…. Rising my bill by nearly 19% is absolutely despicable. A crappy network with poor signal everywhere and even worse customer service, as soon as my contract is up I’m leaving you and never returning! Criminal behaviour @MartinSLewis
-
The Bow Man
(@pablo_bowt) reported
@O2 @lewwyle According to @MartinSLewis Internet and phone providers are not allowed to put you into debt with their increases, so you can legally cancel by telling them!
