@O2 @O2 I’ve tried all the self help as per guide and also been to the local o2 shop and they have helped as far as they can. You replied to my original message and I’m still waiting for an email response? I’m not going to continue to pay for a service that doesn’t work!

@Shaun69060014 @o2businessuk @O2 3G and below is nothing at all especially some 4G and 5G areas. there was this one time I had to turn off 5G cuz it was so bad. 4G performs Better than 5G apparently in some places

@O2 @O2 can someone please update me on the mast issues YO11. Ongoing for nearly 2 months rarely able to get a signal or make calls. Received a text to say aerial would be fixed by 28 Sep - it hasn't been.

@aileenmud @EE I'm with @O2 but it's the same. Terrible signal and last 2 days haven't received or been able to make any calls. So glad I'm still able to pay o2 for their services though..
