    @O2 Really? I don't know anyone that has managed to get them via your priority. I personally have tried for 5 hours now. However, people have got them through gigs and tours with no priority needed? What a load of **** priority is. So frustrating you APP DOES NOT WORK

    @O2 I'm using the priority app on the O2 network and I've had no opportunity, just says not available, so who are these organisations that you're letting buy them?

    @lockard_fawn @SaraThornton1 @O2 It’s disgusting. I finally got on the site and had to do 4 different matches to chimneys and bikes etc so good knows how they all have these! By the time I had done the 5 matches the damn tickets had gone. Still no tickets heading my way! Good luck.

    Almost 5 hours later and @O2 still haven't addressed the glaring problem with their Priority app that's stopping me (amongst many many others) accessing the Peter Kay ticket presale. I've never seen anything so shambolic!
