@O2 Is anybody able to offer an update of what is happening with this mast. Another week and still not fixed. Why do we have to keep asking for airtime refunds for lack of service they surely be automatically applied to all that are being impacted by this prolonged mast outage. @O2

@O2 over a month ago I Emailed O2 with the evidence of a Contract taken out falsely in my name, they are now defaulting and my CRating is taking a hit. No-one at O2 has contacted me. I have provided all the records and details from the fake TransUnion search. Please help me.

10/? for my father's account? 2-4 accounts, and we only know of one of them, which, although out of contract, we are unable to cancel because @O2 are uncontactable. Conmen, screwing over vulnerable people who do not possess the resources to negotiate or fight back.

@O2 Nice reply… but this has been a long time and when other networks don’t have the same problem I think it’s just o2 as even Fred flintstone who sits next to me at bolton wanderers ground can get a signal on pre 1990s phone when I can’t

@TheO2 @O2 Should have no trouble rustling up a new roof! Given the recent price hikes you could probably laminate £50 notes and use those to patch the hole
