Only recently renewed my forever contract with @O2 (never having switched providers) but following my last two discussions with customer service this will most definitely be the last time I renew with them. #uselesscustomerservice

@JamesMarriott @O2 🤔 that's very unusual. Definitely call O2 and ask. When we do business ports we usually get Sims that aren't live. The port happens on a set day and usually advised in advance. Strange they didn't issue a port date. Make sure they've not set up as a new number

@O2 Yes, Calls & texts are ok, but the issue must be more than the network being busy, as there are not that many people in these coastal resorts at present. It’s not BH yet and I’ve had 4 days with virtually no Internet. I wish to make a complaint 🤨

@O2 Really unhappy with ky revent transfer to O2 for business .. have zero phone signal or Internet anywhere. I'm missing business calls and cant even call my voicemail to get messages. called into the store and they were VERY unhelpful or apologetic.. please advise

@BBCWatchdog @Ofcom O2 has shown an inability to deal with a simple contract change. I've been charged twice now for 2 services despite contacting @o2 for over a month before the switch. I've spent hours on phone to customer services & either been hung up on or had no follow up
