    Hey @O2 is there anyone I can talk to about a service issue with my handset? Signal in the area is fine and sons phone on same network works perfectly.

    @O2 It’s been for a good few months now. I got through, but then the call got cut again mid way through. Today I have no service at all and I’m relying on Wi-Fi 😔

    God I am glad I've left O2. Had to call in today as I received an email regarding the account closure, and the member of staff, well, let's just say I wouldn't speak to a criminal with his attitude. I don't know how @o2 allow a member of staff to call a customer an idiot & swear.

    @O2 very disappointed with this company, I've had an issue since April and it's still not sorted. Customer service people are poorly trained. Hopefully someone see's this and can help because I'm just complety fed up 🤬🤬

    @ezzeeegooner @O2 @SkyUK I've never heard of that. Their agreement will be with o2 only. All companies use one of either Vodafone, EE, O2 or 3. ( I think). For example BT and Plusnet use EE. Best checking with sky though...

    The fact that I can't get enough signal in my own home to make a call is actually dreadful @O2 🥴
