@altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

@O2 i have been on hold to your customer services number for 45 mins now! Trying to resolve the fact that my nee service hasn’t yet been in use and its almost 2 weeks since I took the contract! Looks like I will be cancelling and taking my business elsewhere !

When is a Phone not a Phone... When @O2 Sim-Swap has a nationwide problem and you literally can't activate a new iPhone because of it. Literal Shite.
