    @O2 why haven’t you released the hold on my refund yet? You said it would happen last Thursday. It’s now Tuesday!! Very very very poor service since you charged me three times for my upgrade…£861.54 you’ve withheld. I need to pay bills

    @O2 This is fascinating. However, most of the time the IVR doesn’t even work. You have no idea who I am as my number isn’t on your network, and then I end up in a 30 minute queue, and get hung up on when answered. What’s the point? Just make it easier

    @Sam_McK_88 @O2 Didn't say it was internal staff. It's a pretty bad system that for a forgotten password asks you for the passcode that you say when you call O2. It will also send a 6 digit code. The part of this that is concerning tho, is O2s reaction to this. Hanging up and laughing.
