@O2 very angry. Had a fraud made in my name and account. I was told I would be contacted within 10days from the fraud team. Nothing 30days later. Tried to phone and got a very rude person who hung up on me claiming it might not have been fraud and just me?! I would know if I had!

@O2 Do you actually have a customer call centre anymore? I've tried repeatedly to talk to someone and just get hung up on by the system. Very sad that I'm having to tweet publicly like this in the hope that you might respond.
