    @O2 I have a pay as you go phone and you have cut it off due to the global pandemic I have been stuck at home and didn’t need to use it since the being of 2020 now the £20 credit has gone I can’t use the number please help I can’t afford to lose that credit

    @VodafoneUK hey, been having home broadband issues for a few hours. Disney, Netflix and YouTube all refusing to load, and even your website is taking ages - I've had to drop back to @O2's 4G. What's up?

    @O2 you are doing work in the area and it says we should have calls and intermittent 3g but there's been absolutely nothing for 2 days now and it says it won't be finished until 26th but we're getting no signal at all??
