@skytv @O2 @Ofcom Why are all your services so deplorable? Customer of both for over 20yrs. Promises galore. Issue with a mast in my area for nearly 2yrs (apparently). Fibre optic installed and service is still horrendous. Why? And don’t dm me! Fix this!

I’ve uploaded documents which I was not comfy doing. I had it raised, gave a complaint via the phone & email- STILL not done. So I asked to close the request because I cba & want my documents deleted - & guess what.. NOT DONE - Fobbed off & lied to AGAIN @O2 2/3

@O2 Without doubt the worst network you could join. Signal is a joke, you’ll be lucky to ever keep a phone call live. Then there’s the untrained foreign call centres that have no idea what they are doing. If you want to just raise your blood pressure, this is the company for you
