    @O2 9mins of your time , 12hrs for most trying to access the app for peter kaye tickets , time to move on I think , Can’t even get a signal in my house , put up with it for priority, can’t even use that

    Only recently renewed my forever contract with @O2 (never having switched providers) but following my last two discussions with customer service this will most definitely be the last time I renew with them. #uselesscustomerservice

    That is it!!! I am leaving O2!!!! My Internet signal doesn't even exist these days!! Even in the city I can't get 5 or 4g constantly saying "h" no signal!?!!? @o2

    Hello @O2, I’m having trouble with an free audible subscription taken out with my extras, Audible say to contact you guys but phone wait times are huge. Is there any other way?

    Order still not processed so I’ve cancelled the whole thing and now seriously considering my 4 @o2 accounts in full, I can’t understand clerical issues but I will not accept being lied to. And blatantly so.

    @Jonny_Ham @O2 I was the same. With them since Cellnet but I gave up 3 years ago as it was getting worse and worse. Went with EE and never looked back, miles better

    We’ve tried absolutely everything to buy two tickets for the opening night of @ArianaGrande in London. We’ve even contacted the @O2 to ask about accessible seating, as my girlfriend have a disability and the Nimbus Card, but we haven’t been able to get any help or clear guidance

    @O2 I get scam calls from people claiming to be you (I've never been with O2 Fyi) I try and keep them on the phone as long as possible and ensuring that they're wasting time with me and not a victim that might fall for the scam. #doingmybit

    @O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.
