    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 having a nightmare with your customer service. Just want to swap from an eSIM to a physical sim. Store can’t do it as new systems call up and takes 2 hours to get through. They send one out and go to activate it and it doesn’t work. Now sitting on hold again!

    @O2 Day 78 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 customer service is non existent. Trying to change from contract to pay as you go from Nov. Lost the will to live and the time to sort... can't email and frustrated... going to post phone and everything back.

    @O2 Wish we'd never signed a 3 year deal. They kept that quiet in the shop, wasn't until we looked at the app and saw the term time. We should have cancelled it straight away, another 2 years of crap signal we'll have. 1 year down, 2 to go...

    @O2 please can you confirm if there is a delay porting numbers over? PAC code requested Saturday 28th and still not changed onto my new SIM. Not been able to get through to anyone on support chat to ask for an update.

    @O2 Was told last night I could cancel my contract and the termination fee would be waived due to lack of coverage where I live, PAC sent to me then expected to pay £305 to terminate the contract, rang this morning and was told that wasn't the case.
