Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 having a nightmare with your customer service. Just want to swap from an eSIM to a physical sim. Store can’t do it as new systems call up and takes 2 hours to get through. They send one out and go to activate it and it doesn’t work. Now sitting on hold again!

@O2 Day 78 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Wish we'd never signed a 3 year deal. They kept that quiet in the shop, wasn't until we looked at the app and saw the term time. We should have cancelled it straight away, another 2 years of crap signal we'll have. 1 year down, 2 to go...

@O2 Was told last night I could cancel my contract and the termination fee would be waived due to lack of coverage where I live, PAC sent to me then expected to pay £305 to terminate the contract, rang this morning and was told that wasn't the case.
