    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 I’m busy for the next couple of hours but this is still ongoing and to be honest it’s unacceptable. Never had a problem importing a number between networks before usually takes an hour on the day specified , this is almost 2 days!

    @O2 2 days and this still hasn't been solved. Im in the process of talking to agents on Facebook and here and responses take hours if not days. Why is this taking so long. I may just cancel altogether now

    Ordered my @O2 phone & contract on 13th May & submitted my PAC. I'm STILL waiting for my phone to arrive. Twice customer service tell me I'd receive an email in 24hrs and I'm yet to hear anything. Any idea where this elusive order has gone??? Not exactly a great experience 🤨🤨🤨
